Beautiful house with the best location! Three blocks from the main avenue, with 300 m2 of construction. Land of approx 2000m2 , flanked by pine trees, araucaria and native veg.. Modern architecture, facing the green , ideal for rest. 3 suites, half bathroom, hydrom. double suite, wifi , fireplace in sup. floor suites, outdoor fireplace in the balcony of the house and in the living room tv and double right foot with unmissable view. Immense balcony connecting the rooms on the upper pav. Access to view/ penthouse on the 3rd floor.
