This accommodation is a surprising and unusual place on the other side of the world. We loved it! It depends on what kind of traveler you are. This is a beautiful place with beautiful architecture. This is a place where art is present, like a gallery, a library, a little bohemian but everything is impeccable. It's the sea, the seaweed farmers next door. Around it is a quiet village with disused structures that give a movie atmosphere. It's a real favorite! The host welcomed us with a matcha. He was involved and discreet. We even bought them a work of art. For travelers looking for original experiences and atmospheres. For those who want to take a break from mass tourism.

Easily Accessible・Quiet Residential Area

The host, K Sang, was so kind to me throughout my stay. I was able to enter early without any problems during the process of adjusting the check-in time. She also taught me how to make tea and how to make onigiri. I think it's a big advantage to be able to use the food in the shared kitchen at this property. And the best part was K's thoughtful consideration and her English skills. Her English skills are not difficult to communicate, and she was happy to provide me with an umbrella and a raincoat. I think it's an absurdly good value for the money. I wanted to come to this accommodation if I come to Tokushima next time or plan to live for a month. And the bikes provided were also very good. And she recommended me some restaurants, and they were all great. Thank you for making a happy trip. I hope you are always healthy and I hope to see you again next time.

What a lovely stay this was. We felt immediately at home, greeted by the most welcoming host ever. Takamichi-san was nothing short of the perfect host, beyond helpful, accomodating and welcoming. The house was calm, charming and ideally situated. Every time we came or left the house, a little red crab welcomed us or saw us off. We fell asleep to the sounds of the waves and woke up to the call of the mountain and its mysteries! Perfect place to discover Shodōshima. 10/10!
