Good location, clean and organized loft, condominium with great structure, our daughter and our little dog enjoyed it a lot. There wasn't much choice for a restaurant, but it met our needs, there is also a small shopping mall on the highway. Roberta was kind and responded to us quickly.

Excellent flat!! Perfect location!! Perfect service!! The only thing I missed was bed linens. This didn't spoil my daily rates, but it's a tip. Other new utensils and working perfectly! Building security is also good. Right on the sand. We'll be back.

I've had an excellent experience in this house! The property is exactly as described in the listing: clean, well maintained, comfortable and very well located. The rooms are airy, tastefully decorated and extremely functional. The kitchen was complete and equipped, the rooms had clean and comfortable linens, and all the spaces conveyed a cozy feeling of home.

There is no better word to describe this house than wonderful! The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you might need: coffee maker, freezer, sandwich maker, cake shapes, pizza and hamburger, blender, pressure cookers, frying pans and more. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfectly accommodating my family, which included seniors and a baby. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a relaxing experience, like a real natural white noise. The house has many bathrooms, which makes it much easier for those who travel in a group. The swimming pool is great, and a big difference was the swimming pool, which kept it clean on a daily basis – something that, in five years of Airbnb home stays, had never seen before. The view is simply spectacular!!!! Those who know Garatucaia know that this is a point that does not require comment. Finally, the hosts were exceptional: always helpful and ready to answer any questions. Without a doubt, we want to come back more often!

Adriana and her husband were kind and helpful to my family, upon arrival we were treated to snacks, beer and soda. The condominium is very quiet and 10 minutes from the beach on foot along the train line, but my family and I found it a little dangerous there, but for those who are not afraid it is the best way. The stay was good, clean house and good structure for 4 people and despite the incident with the shower, which burst and hurt my father-in-law, we really liked it.

We loved the space. The apartment was extremely clean and organized. Clean condominium, easy to access and great location. We feel safe, it has cameras. It's right on the sand, and there are kiosks next to the building. The kitchen is fully equipped. We feel at home and are already planning to come back. For those who want to bring a pet like me, do so with peace of mind. Just be aware of leaving the environment as clean as you find it. João was proactive from the moment I sent the first message, even before I booked. Afterwards, he immediately called me on my cell phone and sent me all the necessary information. I intend to make a new reservation again to take my parents and grandparents. See you next time !

Very clean place, in great state of use. Very kind and proactive host, answered all the questions very quickly. Very beautiful locale, I think within the condominium there is only one place with the clearest instructions to locate every thing inside, like an administrative point, as it is quite large and there are several towers. But nothing more to declare. The beach inside the condo is tumbo, for those who go with a child, would have to look for other options that have near there. I hope to come back more often.

We went with our family and spent amazing days at the house! The house is beautiful and the view is even more so. The host Suzane is very attentive, always responding and answering all questions. The girls who work at the house are amazing, extremely kind and attentive. Dona Luzia's kitchen is a sweetheart. Dona Luzia nailed it with our menu. I highly recommend the house and I'm sure I'll be back more often 🙏🏼

Renata's place is just like in the pictures. The condominium is great, with a private beach and pool. The apartment has two bedrooms. One double bed in each. Simple rooms, but sufficient for a good night's sleep. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials: stove, microwave, refrigerator... I missed basic amenities such as: salt and sugar. There's no place nearby to shop, only by car. The system of having to go up to get the control to open the parking lot, although not practical, was well explained at check-in and check-out.

Amazing experience! The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, cozy and super functional environment. Marcos is a great host, communication with him was practical and fast. Great stay, without any complications, I recommend it!

The apartment has been recently renovated. A delight. It feels like we're staying at a friend's apartment. Everything is great. The condominium is very large and has its own beach and restaurant.

It was a great stay, it exceeded all expectations! A cozy house that integrates with the climate and environment of Angra, providing wonderful feelings! Ricardo, the owner, was very attentive, polite and assisted us in the best possible way. Angela, the housekeeper recommended by the owner, is an excellent professional who leaves everything very clean and prepares great meals. Finally, it was all wonderful, we'll be back more often!

The location is wonderful, the house is beautiful, but it needs maintenance. The doors do not run easily, which makes it difficult to close them, that of some of the bathrooms not even running, could not use it because there was no way to close the door. The kitchen needs improvement and lacks a microwave, coffee maker…the sandwich maker didn't work. The cleaning was also not adequate, the refrigerator had a bad smell of fish and we needed to clean before placing the groceries, with the oven and stove the same thing, it had a lot of accumulated fat, but it worked well. One suggestion is to wash the seats of the dining table chairs, they were very frowned. Other than that, we love the stay, sleep with the noise of the sea and wake up with that look, made it all very worthwhile. Luiz Gustavo was very helpful and available. I intend to come back more often!

A true paradise! The stunning view makes you feel at peace from the beginning to the end of your stay! I'd be looking at it all my life and I wouldn't get tired, it made the tour even more worth it. Townships blows a delightful wind every morning and afternoon. The lofts are very well equipped and organized, the stove works perfectly and has a great oven for those who will cook as we did. The instructions are clear and communication with Carla was super ok! The access ramp to the garage to climb with a low car is a little difficult, but not impossible. Even with the demand for the holiday we enjoy everything without any noise or external problems. Although there is no air conditioning, fans serve the space very well. I hope I can come back soon, it's really a private paradise in the midst of nature!

The house is extremely cozy! We spent an amazing weekend with friends, and it was great to disconnect from the routine. We took advantage of every corner. The house is super well-equipped, with various utensils, linens, internet and even games! The decor is beautiful and cosy. Despite being located on the island, access was very easy. Ronaldo gave us great tips, which we followed and loved! The check-in and check-out were super flexible, which made it very easy. I recommend it too much and would definitely come back!

We love our stay! The apartment is great! Equipped kitchen, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, great mattress and bed linens. The sea view is wonderful and you can hear the sound of the sea from inside the apartment. It was very relaxing! The place is 30 minutes from the center where boat trips depart, which is good for Angra's standard. You can book a private tour from the beach where the house is located (but it is more expensive). I think it's important to mention that the apartment is in a village of houses, which can compromise privacy a little. It has a garage. The beach where it is located is not very good for swimming, but it is great for admiring the sea. It is also important to mention that there is no microwave, but it has all the utensils for cooking on the stove. We had wonderful days! I'd be back for sure!

Everything perfect, from the arrival and first contact with Mr. Paulo, to the possible activities on site to the sadest part that is to leave, I intend to return both from the wonderful place and to Mr. Paulo who proved to be a great person!!
