Cozy little house, everything new, charming and the right size. Walls composed of paintings by a local artist, which will make you genuinely breathe in this region of Bahia. In addition to decoration signed by incredible architects from here. 2 floors, living room and kitchen downstairs, 2 en-suites upstairs. A communal pool right in front of you and Parracho Beach just a short walk away. Surrounded by living nature, it is in a somewhat isolated area, but close to Rua Mucugê. A perfect dance between excitement and privacy =)

The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen (fully equipped), two balconies and service area. It is in the best location of Arraial d'Ajuda at the end of Mucugê Street facing the sea and facing the center, a 300-meter walk (one ascent) to reach the part of the street where the bars and restaurants are located. In the Mar Paraíso condominium, there is a hotel of the same name, the services provided by him (breakfast, restaurant...) are limited to the guests of the hotel.
