Beautiful house in one of the most beautiful regions of the southern coast of Bahia. Located in a private area (Condomínio Vilas de São José), QUIET AND SAFE, where there are residential villas, with exclusive access to two beaches considered the most beautiful in Brazil. The house, on the upper floor, has two en-suites with air-conditioning and black-out curtains, one of them with a whirlpool overlooking the Atlantic Forest. On the lower floor, there is a living room, open kitchen, gourmet space and swimming pool.

A compact bedroom features a spacious bed adorned with a neutral-colored blanket. A wall-mounted television is positioned across from the bed. Natural light enters through a window, complemented by light curtains. A fan, a wall-mounted air conditioning unit, and wooden storage add functionality.
