Located in a private area (Condomínio Vilas de São José), QUIET AND SAFE, where there are residential villas, with exclusive access to two beaches considered the most beautiful in Brazil. The house, on the upper floor, has two en-suites with air-conditioning and black-out curtains, one of them with a whirlpool overlooking the Atlantic Forest. On the lower floor, there is a living room, open kitchen, gourmet space and swimming pool.
