Our experience at Chez Chalet was wonderful from start to finish! We were greeted with great cordiality by the host, who, in addition to being friendly, provided us with excellent recommendations of restaurants and places to visit in Lavras Novas. The cottage is charming, well cared for and with a structure designed for comfort. It has two heaters and a cozy fireplace, ideal for the mild climate of the region. The bed is extremely comfortable, ensuring great nights of sleep. The entire chalet has a heated water system, and the shower is excellent. But the high point of the stay was undoubtedly the ofurô: spacious, with water always at the ideal temperature, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We highly recommend and we certainly hope to return!

The chalet is amazing. A very quiet, quiet place with a wonderful view of the mountains. We had a great service from Claudia and her son Miguel, who were very helpful and considerate. The breakfast was full and with good options of breads, drinks and fruit. We loved the stay🥰

Attentive and concerned about the stay. You can rest, have fun...there are trails, kayaks, bicycles and a lot of good things to do. The view of the dam is beautiful. The cabin is great, very clean, perfect bed and bath linens, well-equipped kitchen. An excellent accommodation with all the infrastructure. It's well worth it!! I loved it... it's sad to leave. The place is very cozy, calm and in the midst of nature. The chalet is exactly the same as in the pictures and all very clean and airy. We had Anderson's support in everything we need. A great place for those who like nature.

The cabin is exactly as the photos, beautiful, charming and cozy! My husband and I spent our honeymoon in the cabin and our stay was perfect! Itatiaia is a charm apart. Excellent location, very close to neighboring cities, so you can get to know everything around. Communication with Sofia was very easy, the girls in the restaurant are very kind and the breakfast is delicious. It's really worth the cost-benefit! We'd easily come back!

Perfect! Very nice and cozy cottage, extremely clean and equipped. The location is on a cul-de-sac so it is very quiet, it has views of the mountains and the area outside the cottage, which is very nice and cozy too. Ana Luzia was very attentive and helpful, recommending restaurants and giving us tips. I recommend it and we'll be back as soon as we can lol

I think it was the best stay we've ever had on Airbnb. Like all Bobbit dens, the warmth of the environment was palpable in every space, every detail, every moment. I just didn't feel like leaving for another adventure. And it doesn't matter if you like the theme or not, you'll like being there, for sure. We will soon return to this little corner of the County to enjoy this magical place even more.

Cabana, despite being close to the city, is a forest that lets you choose to be isolated or go to the city to participate in events. Dominique was very helpful, we had a surprise, as she collected our preferences before making breakfast, a differential compared to other stays.

An unforgettable experience! The cottage is simply charming, cozy, well-maintained and with a breathtaking view! From the beginning, everything was very well organized: the check-in instructions were clear and we had no difficulty getting in. We stayed in a chalet that shares a wall with another, but this did not compromise our privacy or comfort. One point of attention is that there is an event space nearby and, during our stay, a wedding party seems to have taken place. The music was a little loud for a while, but it soon ended and did not disrupt the experience as a whole. The details really make a difference: high-quality Egyptian cotton towels, everything clean and well-equipped. The atmosphere is surreal, it looks like a movie scene! It's well worth visiting. We would definitely come back!
