Vacation rentals with a patio in Island of Montreal

The place was immaculate and exactly as advertised. We loved the location as it was steps away from many shops and places to eat, walking distance to downtown and other tourist attractions. I would absolutely come back and stay here again during my next visit to Montreal!

We had a great stay here. It looks just like the photos - cool vibes with hidden details like wooden puzzles to add to the unique atmosphere. It's well-stocked with things like towels, robes, slippers, sponges, and dish soap. It's also located in a great area - close enough to St Denis to walk to restaurants and pedestrian zones, but far enough that it's not too noisy at night. The host is very responsive without being intrusive, and check in / out were smooth. Montreal - what a great city!

This was a great stay for two friends during a very festive F1 weekend. From this location, we got our steps in to explore much of the mile end and plateau areas. It’s on a quiet residential street which was a pleasure to walk during these warm days. You really get a feel for residential Montreal here. The photos match the description and the place was spectacularly clean. Missy was communicative and clear, would definitely stay again.

Guillaume's place is a great stay in a great area. Very walkable neighborhood, great restaurants nearby, and good public transit connections for if you want to go farther out. The apartment itself was beautiful, with the balcony being a stand-out. Guillaume was quick to respond, and super helpful. Next time we're in town, you can guarantee we'll be looking for this place again.

Roger was a really friendly host and his place was as described which is a nice apartment right in the heart of Montreal's Plateau. Just prior to coming he reached out to us to ensure we were comfortable as to what to do and how to get in and left us his number to call in case of any hiccups. He even offered an early check in in case we needed it which we did not but was nice of him to offer. Easy as 1-2-3. Plenty of things to do and see in that area and a stone's throw away from the Metro if you want to explore other parts of the city and lots of easily accessible grocery stores. We came in a car and Roger helpfully guided us on how to buy a daily street parking permit without skipping a beat. We enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation on this place as its in such an ideal location. Thanks a lot, Roger.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. It was only a few minutes walk from the nearest metro station, with bus stops even closer. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful at night, making it a great place to recharge for our daily outings. We appreciated the thoughtful touches including the granola for breakfast, lovely scented candles & soap. We also had fun relaxing in front of the TV and playing with the bingo set (one of many available games & puzzles to choose from). The air conditioning provided a welcome reprieve from the heat, and we slept well. This is a very comfortable and relaxing home base from which to explore Montreal!

Staying at Clara place was nothing short of amazing. It’s a comfortable space for 2 people, with a well stocked kitchen if you love cooking. There’s also a washer and dryer which was a plus. Although it’s not exactly in the centre ville, there’s a metro nearby to get you around in about 30 minutes. There’s also a variety of restaurants nearby serving Asian, Spanish or Caribbean cuisines. The host also provides lots of recommendations of local and touristy spots to check out. Overall, Clara was responsive and very accommodating. Only thing to consider is noise from dump trucks early in the morning on some days which might disrupt your sleep (but choose the windows and use earplugs provided and you should be fine). Great stay, great host. I highly recommend

Rochena is very warm and considerate, responds quickly, the room is exactly the same as the pictures, clean and comfortable, and the details are thoughtful.Convenient location, quiet and safe surroundings, as cozy as home.I will choose this place again for my next trip, and highly recommend it to other guests!

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. A 2nd time for us in this accommodation and we loved everything just like the first time. The location is perfect, close to several services. The park and pickle ball courts are a few minutes' walk away, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The space is impeccable!

Jonathan is a perfect host. Everything is done in his home to make you feel at home and his hospitality is great. The apartment is very clean, very well equipped and very pleasant. Ideal for 4. It is very well located, in a quiet environment, close to all types of shops, halfway between Old Montreal and the Mont Royal plateau and close to the metro. Street parking is free but not allowed everywhere, Jonathan is available to indicate which place to use We were able to leave our luggage a few hours after returning the accommodation to enjoy Montreal before taking the plane Highly recommended!

Overall, my stay was great in Francesco’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. Easy access to the metro and very close to the 747 bus stop coming in and going to the airport. The only one slight thing I’ll mention which is not in Francesco’s control at all is that because of the secluded nature of the building (a plus), I did encounter occasional people who were using drugs outside (just from the area) but once security comes (around the late afternoon), it’s all clear. Again rarely happened but something for folks to just keep in mind. Honestly did not bother me otherwise. Just kept my distance to be safe. The unit was wonderful and my overall experience was great and Francesco was a wonderful host.

Chloe was an incredible host and her airbnb made us feel right at home. It was spacious for a group of 7 of us, with enough beds for all of us, AC in each room and 2 bathrooms. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was convenient - The metro was less than a 5 min walk away and one stop away from Old Montreal. Chloe was responsive throughout and accommodated an early check-in since we were flying in early. We appreciated her friendliness and willingness to ensure we were comfortable before and during our stay. Thanks so much Chloe! I recommend booking this airbnb with Chloe. Our family of six stayed in Jason and Eric's place for five nights. From the first question I had before even booking till the day we left they were very quick to respond to any and all questions we had. So communication was really great. The house was very spacious for the six of us. The younger kids loved having three floors to explore, we all had our space and three and a half bathrooms was great. The house was very clean and bright!! Lots of huge windows but also the recessed lighting was amazing on the first floor. We used the dart board and had a lot of fun with that. The location was great, we crossed the street to the park daily. It was a short walk to Mont Royal and we did it every day for some groceries, bagels or shopping. it was a 50 min walk to old town which we did twice. We did a ton of walking around Montreal and the house was always a great place to come home to. Comfy beds were appreciated too!! If in Montreal again we would stay here again!

I spent a wonderful weekend with my family in Montreal, and Eric's accommodation contributed to that wonderful weekend in Montreal, which was exactly as it was stated in the ad. In addition, Erik's very detailed instructions for every detail, from parking to entering the apartment, reduced our stress when arriving in an unfamiliar environment. I can highly recommend this place to any family that wants to have a nice place to stay during their stay in Montreal.
