Our trip to Whidbey to stay at Tasha’s has become an annual event for us. We always look forward to the welcoming home, cool sea breeze and crashing waves. This time was no different and we loved every bit of our stay here. Tasha is an amazing host and extremely proactive. She arranged for me to pick up my purse that I had left behind at the property! Thank you, Tasha! We will be back!

We enjoyed our time immensely in the peaceful surroundings. Wish we had more time to stay longer. Wonderful place and excellent to detach and relax. Thank you for the great instructions and housing us for our friend's wedding. I would just go back to stay at your place and not leave for the entire stay!

This is my 3rd time staying at the cottage - I highly recommend it! I am always comfortable and at ease during my visits; the cottage has everything you need and Blythe and co. are exceptionally responsive and communicative. If I ever need anything, I just need to reach out and I know they'll reply and get it sorted as soon as possible. One of the best parts of the location is the proximity to wildlife - there is an abundance of birds, rabbits, and deer on the island. I am a big fan of taking a break in the courtyard and watching the hummingbirds.

This space is so well designed for a family or group get together. The Pokémon kids room was my favorite. Super accommodating for dogs with gates and fenced back yard with gravel area for easy clean up. Perfect umbrellas on the deck and the greenbelt on the side of the house was a magical bird oasis. Host was amazing. Wonderful memories made here.

The location was private and secluded, the yard looked great, the view was beautiful and amazing! There was enough outdoor furniture for everyone. The kitchen had enough pots and pans and gadgets to make cooking meals possible. We have stayed in places where the kitchen was not equipped for that. There were a good number of blankets and pillows. Thomas responded to my questions pretty fast.

Martha and her husband were so nice even though we only seen them twice during our week stay. Both times Martha was super friendly and knowledgeable. there were beautiful views from the back yard of the property and right down the road aswell. my girlfriend and i had a great time exploring the Olympic national park and whole peninsula from her place. we will definitely be back to this amazing state and would stay here again in the future. Thank you again.

My fiancé and I wanted to get away for the weekend and we loved this place. It was very clean, had a large fenced yard for the dogs to run around in, and we were even given fresh eggs from their chickens. We would definitely rebook in the future!

Beautiful condo, full of amenities, comfy bed, gorgeous views. Perfect for longer stays. We were only there for a couple of nights, making it hard to justify all the air BnB fees, but not the hosts fault. Would certainly rent again when we have longer time to visit my grandsons.

AvantStay was the most engaged, proactive and communicative vacation rental company we can recall in all our years on Airbnb. Very friendly and welcoming! Many nice touches like having several bbq propane tanks and towels nicely laid out in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The house has peaceful and beautiful surroundings... especially nice is the 180 degree view when cooking at the island in the kitchen! The kitchen has a lot of space and is great for cooking most anything as it has a lot of equipment, utensils, etc to do whatever you need. The house was extremely clean, tidy and in working order. Wonderful location mid-island, just 10 minutes away from Coupville and around 30 minutes most anywhere on Whidbey Island. Was a great weekend getaway, thank you!

This place is even more beautiful in person. It's immaculately clean and everything feels brand new. The host has gone above and beyond to provide everything you might need. Very thoughtful. There were lots of little special touches throughout for kids and adults. And even a nice basket of snacks. We appreciated how comfortable the beds were and the fact that there was plenty of comfortable seating in the living and dining room. The big couch was great. They are also very quick to respond to and resolve issues. Local person available to help. That's a big plus. And of course the view can't be beat. Saw porpoises as soon as we arrived. and later sea lions and bald eagles. Great weekend!

I needed a last minute extended stay on Camano island and was thrilled with Michael's place. It was very comfortable and has many of the amenities of home. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoors much since it's the rainy season but still were treated to a few nice sunsets. The back yard would be fabulous in the summer time. We loved sitting by the fire in the sunroom. Michael was easy to work with on short notice and we would absolutely stay there again.

Your place was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful — a true escape. The views were stunning and even better than the photos. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Felt relaxed and refreshed the entire stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene getaway!

Michael's condo at Port Ludlow was just what we were looking for. It fit our two families well and was a great space. The kitchen was really well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The unit had everything we needed from beach towels to shampoo. The grounds were beautiful and the Beach Club a fun bonus. Would definitly recommend if you need a place to stay in the area.

Magical! Our family had an amazing time with an awesome water view! The deer and bunnies made the stay! You can’t beat the location for an amazing sunset! Thank you for the memories made!

We loved our stay at this location. The views are spectacular, including the water, the mountains, the eagles soaring by and one humpback whale! The kitchen includes everything you could possibly want or need--even knives that are sharp! The bedrooms are comfortable as are the common areas. The pool was a major high point for all of us, and the house comes with lots of other fun toys for indoors and out. We plan to return!

My wife and I celebrated our 49th anniversary…and spent a week there. It was the BEST! The home, the view , the beach, the owners of the place…the beds…everything! I would recommend it to anyone wanting a little getaway…it is very quiet…and walking the beach is a marvelous experience! Anyone who goes will not be disappointed!

I had a wonderful stay at Melody's cabin. From the moment I arrived I was charmed by the view and the cabin itself is much nicer than the photographs convey. It's very spacious, peaceful and private with every amenity you could need. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with easy access to the state park, and the local store. The sunset views were outstanding. Definitely one of my favourite air bnb stays so far! Thank you, Melody, for the hospitality and also being open to dogs. I can confidently say that they also really enjoyed the visit!

The whole family was impressed with the location. It was simply beautiful, with the ocean only a few steps away from the back door. We saw eagles almost every day while we relaxed on the patio, and being from the midwest we all got a kick from observing the tide come in and out. It was also a great location as a home base to drive around and see the sights. The house is about an hour north of Seattle, an easy drive. We also took a day trip to Vancouver, which was one of the nicest cities we've ever visited. The house itself was clean and had everything you might need. Even the mattress was a pleasant surprise, my bad back never bothered me, which is unusual when I travel. Highlights included a wonderful whale watching excursion we took from a town called Anacortes, about 40 mins north of the house. We followed a pod of Orcas for about an hour and a half and had a blast. I also recommend the Flying Heritage and Combat Armor museum in Everett. It has an amazing collection.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect, peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful location. We saw all kids on wildlife but our highlight was seeing a pod of minke whales from the deck! We saw sea lions, bald eagles, deer, bunnies, and lots of crabs! Would come back in a heartbeat!

The weather was great - we enjoyed the deck and the fantastic view. We watched the ship traffic and the changing sky. A relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Kevin's place was a perfect, peaceful way to end a beautiful Washington family vacation. As a host, Kevin is quick to respond, and offers awesome ideas and recommendations for activities to do in and around the area. He really went above and beyond to make sure our short stay was great.

We had a wonderful stay! We're a family with three young boys under the age of 8, and the home worked really well for us overall. A couple of small suggestions that might help future guests: it gets very bright upstairs in the early morning — our kids were up at 4:30am on the first day! Curtains or blackout shades would make a big difference. We ended up using foil as a quick fix, which worked well. The location is fantastic — just steps from the beach. For families with young kids (or older guests), a small set of portable stairs down to the sand would be helpful. We temporarily moved the hot tub steps to make it easier, which worked in a pinch. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked for cooking, and the neighborhood is peaceful with absolutely stunning views. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Thanks for an amazing stay!

My mom and I enjoyed our stay at Greg & Gigi’s place! The view and sound of the water is so calming and you can’t get any closer. The house was cozy and felt like home. Everything was clean, clear/thoughtful instructions and recommendations were provided, and the hosts were responsive and friendly. We particularly enjoyed having two full beds and baths, cotton bedding (so rare at Airbnbs these days!), a fully furnished kitchen, good wifi, and all the extra supplies one could need. The only thing that might keep us from renting again during the summer (though we’d happily visit again in the darker months) is the lack of blackout curtains. Though there are blinds, it’s light at 5am in the bedrooms during the summer. If you’re arriving by car and care about such things, you may want to consider bringing your own sharp knives, cooking utensils that aren’t plastic, pots/pans that aren’t nonstick, a way to make coffee other than a Keurig, and unsscented soaps if you’re sensitive to scent.
