Great spot, great host very kind and helpful

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning 4-bedroom villa, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a clean, spacious, and beautifully designed home that exceeded our expectations. Each of the four bedrooms was well-appointed with comfortable beds, quality linens, and ample closet space. The layout offered great privacy for each guest, making it perfect for families or groups. The villa was perfectly situated—close enough to local attractions and amenities, yet quiet enough for total relaxation. The views (especially at sunset) were breathtaking. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and air conditioning in all rooms added to the comfort. Impeccably clean on arrival. Housekeeping and maintenance staff were responsive and friendly, ensuring our stay was great.

Highly recommend staying here for a trip to Islamabad. The house was beautiful, and matched the pictures and descriptions well. The maid and cook were both male, but this wasn't a problem as both were respectable. The host Awais is very accommodating, and changed our chef when the one we originally had couldn't make the food we wanted. The accommodation is wheelchair accessible too! Good amenities and convenience stores nearby. 100% would recommend.

Syed has been an excellent Host! the experience has been so positive. the accomadation is so clean and beautifully decorated and has everything you need.. the Host was always responsive and very accomadating and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure i have had a comfortable stay. this is what i wrote to the host upon check in and i feel obliged to share it verbatim as it comes straight from the horses mouth :) "It is a real treat and we feel tremendously blessed to be able to experience your welcoming home with our family. The positive energy and natural light that flow through this beautifully designed space are exquisite to say the least.. I am also very impressed by the architecture and the open concept flow that continues throughout the home from the skylight to the roof design and how the bedrooms are spaced around the living room...bravo !!! Even the furniture of every bedroom stands unique in its layout and flow and design..it must have taken you quite sometime to source this furniture and I'm guessing you lived here for a while.before deciding to share space with like minded individuals.." additionally..what stood out to me... the gardens with ample space to take a stroll or play a sport. the two tier roof with multiple entries and exits.

Great stay overall. The place was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and check-in was seamless. Would definitely return! Misha and Afza are great hosts.

Had my second stay and like always the host never disappoints. The place was nice and cozy. Everything was great and the host is very understanding and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, peaceful and reasonable apartment at a very reasonable price. Check-in timing is also quite flexible. The best thing is the self-check-in and check-out.

I had a really great stay at Fakhar’s apartment in Islamabad. The place was spotless, spacious, and exactly like the photos. Location is perfect, close to everything I needed; there’s a big grocery store right in the apartment complex along with some local restaurants. Fakhar was incredibly responsive and also checked in during my stay to make sure I had everything I needed, which I greatly appreciated! The apartment itself felt like home, amenities were all in place, and everything worked smoothly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting, and I’d be delighted to stay here again!

I stayed with my parents at Ghazan’s place for 1 night. The location of the apartment is so good. I wanted to stay in F-11 and it is right across the markaz. Once can even walk to the olympus area. The apartment was clean. Same as described in the photos. It was a very smooth checkin. Only suggestion would be to keep bathroom more clean. A deep cleaning is needed for those. Rest everything was perfect. It is value for money! Will definitely recommend it to others.

I truly enjoyed my stay — everything was comfortable, and I felt right at home. You were a great host, and I really appreciated your hospitality and smooth communication. Just a couple of small notes: a few areas of the apartment could have been a bit cleaner, and the bed felt slightly unbalanced on one side. Other than that, everything was great.
