Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Iskandar Puteri

I booked 2 nights of total 14 adults and 2 childrens and like to review Eric house very spacious can accommodate all of us with sufficient bedrooms and mattress. He also provided us with clean bath towels and also toothbrush set. He even provided free coffee tea soft drinks and instant noodles. Very good services. Also toilet are clean and don't seem to have sewage smell compared to the previous I booked. However I like to inform Eric to be more cautious on the cleaniness of stairways as when I first checked in I saw hairs and dust not properly cleaned and my 2 childrens they played and sit on it. But nevertheless Eric house is still recommended to stay and my next visit. Thank you Eric for allowing early and late check out and also the quick responsive reply whenever I need information.

Super host level! He is not just responsive but will try to fulfill all our needs and help us with even the smallest request. The location is also near to a lot of places to eat. The property is so cozy, clean and huge too. If there is a 6 ⭐️ grading system. We would have graded him that. Will definitely come back.

It was a nice stay with 2 families, especially if you want to be near Austin Height area. Kids enjoyed the pool despite a little small. 5 bedrooms were more than enough with comfy beds. Aircon could be stronger in the living area. Kitchen and fridge is small and outdoor but not a big concern since we did not use it much.

whatever you see is whatever you get and that's absolutely worth it. the place is huge for a my group of 4. we were there for only one night with a VERY HOT weather. the aircond works fine but took long to cook the living areas. other than that, would love to return. host was very responsive which is greatly appreciated 👍

I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. quiet enough to relax after a long day. Our host was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed,everything was seamless. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, snacks. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay!

Such an impressive and comfortable accommodation, very thoughtfully-designed for Hello Kitty / Sanrio lovers. Everything from the walls, bathroom tiles and beddings to cutlery and switches were Hello Kitty-themed. The apartment was clean and well maintained as shown in pictures. Owner was very responsive, friendly and provided clear instructions for check-in. There is Mydin supermarket, Watson’s and Pizza Hut nearby for residents’ convenience. Short distance by car to Legoland and Sunway Big Box. My family and I had a memorable stay, and look forward to staying again when we visit JB!

Great place and location. It was just a walking distance from Legoland. There was a Medini Mall just outside the condo which was very accessible as well. Great and responsive hosts. Thank you!

Nice location near Sunway Big Box. My kid loved the slide and ball pit, and discovering little activities within the apartment. Good for a short stay.

Apartment looks as good as the pictures! Had some difficulties getting in as the security guards do not seem familiar with the processes but it all turned out well in the end. The apartment is located among rows of condominiums - in quite a bustling area, lots of cars getting in and out of the area. There is a supermarket and lots of eateries opposite the apartment - very convenient.

The unit we staying was very beautiful.. Exactly the same like the photo is shows.. overall was very satisfying

The place is pretty good. Surrounding was peaceful and free of car/motorcycle noises at night. Very comfortable studio-type room with all the basic amenities needed. The host was very helpful and responsive to help out with whatever we need as well. Overall great stay! Would book again next time

Recommended to all. 5 mins walk to Legoland. In front of Medini Mall - so easy access to restaurants and convenient store.

Absolutely wonderful apartment that Zack has! We love everything about it, from the ease of checking-in, friendliness of the guards, security of the place, the spotless and spacious apartment, the amazing view to the serenity and quietness offered by the area ❤️ Things that also stand out to us are how responsive, helpful and flexible Zack was with the checking-in as I was not too mobile and needed a place to settle in earlier. The collection of keys and card are right at the security guardhouse, making things so much easier for access in and out of the building during our stay. The visitor carpark lots are located on ground level and P5 of the condo. Although the ground level lots are usually full, navigating the carpark is a breeze (we have came across a lot more convoluted carparks or carparks with super tight spaces in our other stays). Most importantly, parking felt super safe and secure. Our family enjoyed our stay at Zack’s place tremendously and will definitely be back again! ?

Clean and well maintained, very near Legoland and Medini mall, 7-11 and 24hrs shop at downstairs. Ching is very responsible and easy check in/out. Many times staying this house when visiting Legoland.

My second time stayed at En Azrie’s unit. Truly comfy, clean, & convenient. I love it here in Medini Resident itself because it’s convenient for me to drive in & out to Singapore as it’s nearby the Tuas Checkpoint. In fact, En Azrie did an upgrade to his unit utensils in compared to what we have seen from our stayed last year. For those who with elderly or whom on wheelchair I highly recommend to go down to the basement parking lot more friendly accessible ☺️ Definitely a recommended stays which my family and I will surely booked again for any Singapore trip 😅

My favourite spot, always clean spotless and smells good. Please stay this good cause its my favourite place and will come again!! host also nice and friendly!
