The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.

We were 3 couples, 2 toddlers. Size of the house was great. Everyone had their own bathroom and retreat. The pool table, hot tub and outdoor sauna were great. A baby cot and a high chair were provided on request. We didn't lack anything. Next to the house is a large meadow and right behind it a small playground. Perfect for the kids. The place Cobbenrode is not big. In Eslohe, 7 km away, there are restaurants, shopping and also gastronomy with delivery service to Cobbenrode. Nearby are June and September Karl-May-Festspiele, unfortunately we were too early for that. For an extended weekend with friends to relax or even hike, the stay is definitely worth it. Spending time together and relaxing was important to us and that's exactly what we could enjoy in this great accommodation. Anna was always quickly available for questions and could also help remotely. Thank you very much.

Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. Iordanis' place was excellent in all respects - it was spacious, well kitted out, warm (as we visited in December) and homely. Access to ample parking was very useful too as we had two cars with us. Iordanis was a very responsive host and was accessible whenever we needed him. The Christmas tree with the lighting was a nice touch as well!
