Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Irvington

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. We found the house very convenient to stay with in suite laundry facilities. If you're bringing a car, you will have to park on the streets. It's difficult to find a spot close by as the evening progress. Somethings to improve:- The couch was very comfortable but the bed wasn't. It was cramped for 2 people and pillows provided were not great.

Emanuel was great, we had a question about the place and he was very responsive. He’s very friendly and he gave us a detailed tour of the location. Awesome find for a great price.

Incredible host, professional and very good communication on their part on checking in and out of the house. Great, large double wardrobe room, super clean and exactly as advertised. Can recommend the accommodation more. The only caveat is you might need a car as it’s a bit far from the city centre, but it’s not a massive hassle!

Gordon was one of the best airbnb owner that I've ever know. He was super nice, we got late at 3am and he even waited for us. He was super flexible and I really recommend this place, the bed was super confortable and everything was better than what I expected. All the reviews pretty much are accurate. Stayed for a day to go to concert at MetLife. Everything looked like in the pictures. Very clean. The bed was so comfortable!! The only “issue” was the parking like other reviews mention but not that bad found parking at 11:30ish at night no problem. Other than that, everything was perfect, definitely recommend.

I had a quiet time, the place was really clean, I have nothing to complain about. It’s a 10/10.

Julias place is modern, nothing fancy but sufficient, good layout with several individual rooms, good bathroom, and enough space. Julia was super friendly and responded promptly. The area is mostly quiet and there is a lot of parking space, however, the house itself has seen better days and in the general neighborhood there are multiple houses that are equally unwelcoming. NYC is pretty far, it took us over 1 hour each way.

Jason has one of the best hospitality among all the Airbnb's ever been to, from a clean bedroom/ living area to the bathroom & kitchen. Everything comes in handy in the kitchen, from K cups, salt & peppers, and cooking utensils. Even though the neighborhood isn't that great, you still can feel a sense of security & tranquility at Jason’s place.

Overall the home was very nice, spacious and very clean. Will consider staying there again if ever in the area.

Very clean and nice place to stay!

Great place to stay while visiting family. As I grew up in the area I know my way around, but easy to get around for anyone! The bay is a beautiful site when you walk up the block. There are many places to visit in walking distance as well as plenty of transportation choices withing walking distance. Plenty of places to eat as well, with many different choices of food. Nice private quite apartment, I will be staying again in the Fall.

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

We had a great stay at Ken and Jasen's apartment! The location was great; walkable to many restaurants and cafes, as well as the Grove Street PATH station to easily commute into NYC. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, and well appointed. It was a comfortable stay for 2 nights for our family of 4. Would 100% stay here again on a future visit!

We had a wonderful 5 day stay at Raquel's place. The house is neat, stylish and in a very secure environment. The rooms, towels and sheets were clean and hygienic. The kitchen was very well equipped that we barely had to buy anything for cooking. There was a quaint little table for two, which is good to have evening or morning coffee in. Since there is two doors for the unit, one black and one teal, the place is super secure. It is also very conveniently near to public transports and has good connectivity to most of the places. The host was super responsive and kind. She went out of her way to make us feel at home and comfortable during our stay. We'd definitely book with her again. 10/10 would recommend for everyone

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city
