Welcome to Reichenberg near Würzburg! The approx. 65 sqm apartment with separate entrance and terrace is located on the ground floor of a house in an idyllic south-facing slope, accessible by bus or train from Würzburg main station (travel time from the train station 10 min), by car close to the highway. The apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed, a large living-dining room in which there is a single bed and a sofa bed for 1 - 2 people, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen fully equipped.

Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Modern studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and large balcony in a quiet location. In the living room is a pull-out bed with mattress and a pull-out sofa. 2 people can sleep comfortably on each. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there, it is about a 10-minute drive to the city. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station that is open 24 hours are within approx. 5 minutes' walking distance.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

You can get a sprinkling from the TV in the bedroom with a freshly brewed tea or coffee from the machine. Cook for yourself or let yourself be pampered by the local Italian, Indian or Turkish.

(Kist/Helmstadt exits) The good infrastructure offers shopping opportunities and good public transport connections to Würzburg.
