Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Irondequoit

Came into town unexpectedly early for a wedding and needed a place to stay. So happy I chose to stay here! Location was perfect for getting everywhere I needed to be, the area is quiet, having a driveway to park in was relieving. I’m sure I saw the deep bath tub when I booked but forgot and so that was a fun surprise! Wish I could have stayed longer and will definitely stay again next time I’m in town!

Super cute and cozy and clean on a lovely residential street with a local pub around the corner serving up good eats. 6 minute drive to the Strong Museum and close to Highland Park. Wonderful spot, will hope it's available every time we visit our friends in Rochester!

Our stay at Mike and Tisbe’s was incredible. The home and yard were perfect and the view of the lake and sunset were just wonderful. Mike and Tisbe were always responsive. Highly, highly recommend!!!!

If you are considering any place this one hits the mark! The place was amazing and close to everything. The area is very peaceful with plenty of nature. Joseph gave great recommendations for places to go and things to do. Once you arrive you will feel right at home. We spent 9 days there. Joseph was very responsive throughout my whole trip from booking to our stay. I would highly recommend this place if you want to feel right at home. The luxury of having a washer and dryer was great too, not to mention our host dropped off some amazing food for us. I will definitely be booking this place again, we didn't want to go home.

The home was exactly what you’d want for a spot on the water to enjoy the views. Christina was quick to respond to a question I had regarding paddle board rentals. Would love to visit their home again!!

Jessica is the sweetest! Such an incredible host that made my family’s stay for graduation weekend incredible. We loved coming back and taking walks around the quiet neighborhood, and enjoyed the lovely space. Would highly recommend this place!

Jillian’s place was clean and comfy for our visit. The cottage is small and nothing fancy but had everything we needed and was in a great location. The bed in the main room was very comfortable and my kids loved having the bunks to sleep in. The water pressure in the shower was also great!

Probably the nicest funky place you could find. This is definitely somewhere you stay for some character but it also provides every amenity you could need for an extended stay. The actual neighborhood is quiet, parking is easy even without the pass, and it’s pretty much a 10 min drive to any restaurant or bar you could want. The host is super friendly and very responsive. When I’m back, I’m definitely staying here again.

Katherine's location was a perfect stay for 2 or 1 and had plenty of amenities for the week long stay and within walking distance of some favorable restaurants and things to do in North Winton of Rochester. very cozy neighborhood and hardly any disturbance despite the bustle of the city.

We can’t say enough great things about our experience at this Airbnb. From the moment we booked, Suzanne was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful — truly a host who goes above and beyond. Communication was fast and thoughtful, with clear instructions that made everything so easy. The property itself is beautiful — spotless, well-appointed, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. What really stood out was Suzanne’s hospitality. She greeted us when we arrived and on our departure. She even gave our 3 month old a gift! It’s rare to find a host who genuinely cares this much about her guests’ experience. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already planning our return. If you’re considering booking this place — do it! You won’t find a better host or a more welcoming space. We were in town for the weekend for a wedding and this place was the perfect spot for us. The instructions were very thorough and made checking in super easy. The place looked just like the pictures and was very clean. Scott was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even allowed our friend to pick something up that we had forgotten after check out. Definitely would recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay and not a ton of room. Great overall experience.

In town for a problematic pregnancy/delivery. Dwight could not have been nicer, offering flexibility and changing days when needed. We so appreciated this property as a peaceful and welcome refuge from the hospital. Anything we needed was available in the apartment. Will look forward to returning.

Beautiful home. everything was well kept. It was a great stop for my family of 6. We did laundry there and found everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it.

This was a great place to stay in Brockport while in town for a wedding. Spacious bedroom, living room with smart tv, and kitchen with the essentials. Even had Brita water which was a plus. Great location, walkable to downtown, the college, and the canal! Parking is a little tight but worked fine for my 3rd row SUV. Easy entrance up the stairs, very secure, multiple locks. Beautiful decorated and restored, simple yet charming. AC worked great, and we used a fan in the bedroom. Plenty of extra blankets. It’s an old home, so only one outlet in the bathroom.

Alex’s space and the neighborhood were beautiful! The unit was so cozy and had everything you could need. Alex was so responsive and proactive when we inquired about A/C units after our first night was a bit warm. The rest of our stay was the most comfortable. The proximity to restaurants, museums, and theatres was exactly what I was looking for. I felt so safe on the beautiful, quiet street. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Rochester!

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

Kristin’s place is as exactly as the pictures posted. The view from the porch is gorgeous! We did not have a chance to go down to the beach but looks very nice! House was clean and as expected , host very responsive and helpful .

The condo was in a nice, quite development. There were plenty of stores and gas stations close by and easy access to the freeway.

This was great for the six of us to visit family in the area. Beds were comfortable and the kids toys was a nice touch. Thank you again we would stay again

Liz was a phenomenal host! She provided thorough instructions on navigating the area and locating the property as well as the garage and was very responsible prior to the start of the booking. Her home was just as pictured and it was a perfect home away from home.
