Camomile Cottage B&B - Oak Room

A traditional Suffolk farmhouse dating from 1600 set in large peaceful gardens on a private lane lined with oak trees. The cottage is full of timbers and also has sloping floorboards and low ceilings in some rooms, so this may not be suitable for all guests. It is surrounded by large mature gardens and fields. The cottage is located a short walk from the village centre where there are food shops, a post office, cafes and antique shops to browse around.

This 17th century coaching inn has retained many of its original features, including a hand carved staircase and hand painted sundial. The bar boasts 2 magnificent fireplaces which are reputedly the largest in East Anglia. We stock cask conditioned ales and a wide selection of fine wines.
