Waterfront vacation rentals in Ipswich

Was an unusual work/vacation trip for me and it worked out really well. The location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do so no excessive driving whether we wanted nature or to shop. Would stay again.

The location of Gigi’s place cannot be beat. Centrally located in Rockport, and above/adjacent to great restaurants. Apartment was immaculate and tasteful. Gigi provides very clear instructions and is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. We flew into Boston and did not rent a car for this stay. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the commuter train station, and a minute or two walk from the Dock Square CATA bus stop that can bring you to the train station as well as other places like Halibut Point State Park.

We enjoyed our stay!!! The place was great and my son commented on how comfortable the beds were . The street is a little noisy but they provided sound machines that helped drown it out .20 min drive to Salem and 30-45min drive to Boston depending on traffic . Lots of restaurants and coffee nearby .

Our cousins get-away weekend was amazing due in part to the wonderful accommodations. Great location, so close to shops and restaurants. Incredible views, very clean and stocked with everything you could ever need. Would love to return and hope for better weather to enjoy the deck!

This place was great! Conveniently located outside the city close to many T stations. The hosts were proactive communicators and very helpful! Beach access, hot tub, pool, local shops, it was the perfect spot for a getaway.

Everything was absolutely exceptional! My parents stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive — they replied to our messages and requests immediately, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Oh my goodness. This place was a DREAM. Such a beautiful home with a view you can’t top. My husband and I stayed with our children and two friends for an east coast summer getaway and we could not have found a better place. Awesome setup, view, and Gaby could not have been more helpful. We would love to stay here again.

Property was just as pictured, which I find extremely important. This spot is off the beaten path and quiet with a nice little walking bridge for a stroll. Close enough by car, to all the attractions of Glouchester when your ready to get out and about.

Stayed for a weekend, was absolutely beautiful! The frequent beaver visits was quite the highlight & all amenities were exactly as described!

We loved our stay here, perfect location and a clean and comfortable stay! Lots to do in Portsmouth and the surrounding area and especially lots of great places nearby to eat. Convenient to have 2 parking spots and to be right next to a great restaurant! Well hope to be back in the future!

Had a wonderful stay. Great location right on the beach. Condo was very nice and well equipped.. Sean was a great host. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay! Christina’s condo was comfortable, peaceful and perfectly located. We were walkable to the entire downtown area, museums, the concert venue, walking paths, shopping and restaurants. But the best thing was sitting outside on our private deck overlooking the harbor, with Motif #1 just across the inlet. We almost didn’t want to leave the condo…so gorgeous! And Christina is lovely, making sure we were okay, had everything we needed, so responsive. After the condo coffeemaker stopped working, she kindly offered a gift card to a nearby coffee shop, and before night fell, a new coffeemaker was delivered to the condo! Such a thoughtful host… we will be back!

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!

Perfect location, steps from all the shops and restaurants. Beautiful views of the water. Lisa was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Would come back again!

I enjoyed my stay. The location is great - just beyond the main beach traffic but close enough to enjoy all the shops/restaurants. Loved being able to see the ocean from bed and watching the sunrise from the apartment/balcony.

The place was well appointed, very clean, comfortable furnishing, nice touches like coffee, cream and some to go snacks. Couldn’t beat the scenery and the location right on the wharf in bearskin neck. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you for your proactive and prompt hosting!
