The Airbnb was absolutely wonderful, and Martina was the best host we could have asked for. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, always available to help and offering thoughtful touches throughout our visit. Her warmth and exceptional hospitality truly made us feel at home.

Stunning 10/10 location right in the heart of the Santorini beauty spot. You’ll be right under the 3 domes viewpoint with beautiful sunsets and hundreds of people lining up for the view that you get to experience from your deck chairs. The hot tub wasn’t heated but was the perfect temperature. The kitchen, bedroom and star wars bathroom are connected across the balcony to the rest of the property which gives great privacy. Only downside was the frequent government water shut offs. Best place to stay in Santorini.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything easy. Would definitely come back!

Manganari is so great

This is a truly delightful spot. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is simple but stylish, contemporary but comfortable, Greek and great. You are a short walk from Soros beach, and a short drive from everywhere else on the lovely small island of Antiparos. We had a windy week, which I think you should expect in summer, but there was shelter and shade to be found wherever we went. Highlights nearby are Beach House for breakfast, lunch and loungers, Pepinos for fantastic fish, and the town for everything else. Don’t overlook a trip across the water to Paros for a change of pace and intensity, and remember Mykonos is a 10 minute helicopter flight if you’re craving Scorpios (which we wouldn’t blame you for).

Simply great, couldn’t ask for more. Modern Cycladic houses, nice view and polite staff. Will come back, thank you for everything.

This is an amazing villa with good space for a family. We had a blast. The view is unbeatable. The indoor pool is an outstanding treat especially after long days. If you are planning to stay in Oia… don’t think about it!

What an incredible villa with amazing views! it ia truly paradise. The hospitality was above and beyond. Thay had wine and cheese awaiting our arrival ro go with the view. she even took us out to pick up some clothes we had getting pressed at the cleaners. I wish I could give them 10 stars! and let me say again....the View, the View, view!!!! 10 stars!

This villa was perfect for our stay. The host is very accommodating. Nick who welcomed us, helped us with transportation and other things that we needed during our stay. They were very kind and welcoming to us. The villa itself is beautiful. It was the perfect stay. We look forward to coming back.

Our experience at Mystic Villa with nothing less than perfect. Our host, Charysa, was extremely kind and thoughtful. Our entire stay was filled with personalized touches. The house is absolutely beautiful and the pictures of the view of the ocean and pool do not do it justice. It’s about an eight minute walk down a path to fanos and finika beaches, one of which has loungers and umbrellas for rent. Also a short downhill walk to town, and she was able to give us a number for a taxi service that was a five euro taxi ride back without issue. The town itself is amazing, great taverns and adorable waterfront. Thank you so much for our incredibly relaxing time at Mystic Villas. It truly made our Greek vacation!

Our stay was great. Everything as expected. It’s in a very beautiful part of the island. Walking to the town is possible but not ideal. Christoforos was always available and reliable to provide lifts to the shops or restaurants. We rented bikes from the town which were very useful.

I do not have enough space to write a review that truly encapsulates how wonderful our stay was. From the beginning Tassos was incredibly communicative and sent us everything we’d need to have a great trip while visiting the island. He booked us the best table to watch the sunset from Gefsis BUT I recommend you eating before or after sunset and just enjoying it from your home. It’s the best view! The home was clean, stocked with water, snacks and creamer. The coffee delicious. Our breakfast delivered every morning to the pool table and YUMMY! The pool was WAYY bigger in person than what the pictures showed. We had such a blast. I’m 5’5 and it went up to my chin! Oia is about a 15 minute walk and it is a big uphill path so if you’re going out for a fancy dinner, I’d recommend renting a car and trying to find parking as we both got super sweaty. While visiting we went to city Kamari to enjoy food from Kiwi, shop and swan in the black pebble beach. This place is AMUST STAY!

The accommodation was exactly as described on the property description, everything we required had been provided. We would truly recommend the villa, the interior was very tasteful and clean. Gail was very helpful and went the extra mile in ensuring we felt welcome. We can’t thank Gail enough from providing us with local recommendations for travel and tourist spots to regular check ins to ensure we were enjoying our visit and weren’t experiencing any problems. Absolutely stunning villa! The caldera views from the cliffside terrace were breathtaking—sunsets here are truly magical. The location is perfect, tucked away just enough for peace and quiet but still within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Our host was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend for a memorable Santorini stay!

The four villas are brand new and beautiful. The photos are fantastic, the reality is a paradise. They are located on a hillside and have breathtaking views of the sea and hills. Simply fantastic. Absolute tranquility is guaranteed, as there are no other villas in the area. A long sandy beach and a great swimming bay can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Three typical taverns also nearby and a minimarket. The villas are highly recommended. The interior is designed with a lot of love for detail and simply everything is available, even beach towels and bathrobes. The siblings and owners Aikaterini and Nick personally look after their guests. Their commitment makes Roos Villas something very special. They spoil their guests with fine homemade delicacies. The refrigerator was filled with delicacies ... fruits from her garden, the best cheese made by her parents, eggs, honey ... A gem!

The most beautiful views and super welcoming host, Nikolas met us at the port and was helpful throughout our stay with recommendations and hospitality. Definitely want to visit again. Cannot recommend this place enough. So much beautiful scenery and places to eat authentic local food. Need an ATV or rental vehicle

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the villa. We made some meals, spent time in the pool, played cards together and had a few laughs together. Very quiet, secluded neighborhood. Very close to a beach, grocery stores in the area, excellent restaurants in the area. Port is far, but that makes it quiet and restful. I would recommend!!

Idyllic setting, peaceful and homely place to stay. Homegrown vegetables and baking provided on arrival. Extremely warm welcome and ongoing interaction with the family. Pool and beach are absolutely ideal for a family vacation, definitely need a car to get there and around. However it's absolutely worth it for the serenity of the setting.

Ardian was an amazing host, very friendly and easy to reach. His villa has a great view of Despotiko and Agios Georgios, is very close to the main road and it is very cozy. Moreover, it has many outdoor areas like the pool, a barbecue, a dining area by the pool, a balcony with a dining table and a terrace. On a side note, the villa doesn’t have AC, however, it has a fan and a window in every room, so it is fine even during the hottest days of the summer.

We had a wonderful trip to Oia Kissiri for our 20 year wedding anniversary. From the moment we set foot on the property Dimitris and Maria made us feel very welcome and comfortable. They showed us around our room and gave us food delivery information so we could stay in our first night. They were very attentive and available for constant communication our whole trip. They had so many tips and recommendations for us so we always felt like we had stuff to do and didn’t waste any time. One of my favorite parts of our trip was actually getting to have conversation with Dimitris and Maria. They are such genuine people and I just loved hearing them speak to us and tell us little stories or bits of information about Greece. They even brought their dog over per our request on our last morning so we could get some puppy snuggles! By the time we left, I found it a little difficult to say goodbye as it felt like we were leaving family behind. We got so much more than I expected to out of our trip. The house was exactly as advertised and smelled really nice (I found myself googling the reed diffuser from the room to see if I could order it in America). The pool was amazing and we loved our space. No matter which house you stay in you will have a beautiful view. They offered to have a car or ATV delivered for us, but we had already made arrangements to pick up from the airport. It’s very close to the caldera. I love that it’s away from the crowds of the caldera but close enough to very easily get there. We had such a nice time and way more privacy than if we stayed in the caldera. Overall, just such a great experience. If we come back to Santorini, we will stay at Oia Kissiri again.

Such a gorgeous gorgeous villa with the most stunning pool area and view! The host was super friendly and responsive and helpful, arranging pick up and drop off to and from the port for each of our ferry arrivals and departures. Super clean house and exactly like the pictures. All in all a 10/10 experience!
