Es ist ein perfekte Wohnung für 2 Leute. Das Balkon ist schön. Es hat kein Küche aber braucht man nicht weil kannst 3 min laufen und hast verschiedene Essen Auswahl mit billige Preise. Wenn du Sachen waschen musst oder bügeln gibst ein Waschsalon direkt neben den air BnB. Die kommt auch morgens wenn ihr wollt die wechselt die Hand und Badetücher auch die Bett Wäsche oder wenn ihr wollt könnt ihr auch sagen ihr wollt nicht die respektiert deine Entscheidung. Die Wohnung für den Preis ist einfach perfekt.

We absolutely loved our stay! Amazing location: 10 min walk to the beach (uphill on the way back) a few minutes walk to the town with restaurants, supermarket and bus links close by. As other reviews mention there is a nightclub next door but the place was so well insulated we actually couldn’t hear any noise at all. The place is a bit small but closely resembles the photos and with the balcony, the space wasn’t an issue at all. It was very clean, and the cleaner came by every other day and did a great job. They provided cups but no cutlery or plates which is something to bear in mind. Also minimal room in the mini-fridge for lots of food. Air-con worked perfectly. Linda was so helpful and responsive. Our ferry didn’t arrive until late but she was happy to wait for us. Launderette right nextdoor which was ideal. Such good value for the price. Can’t image anywhere better and would definitely return.

We were going to my daughter’s wedding at On the Rocks villas and needed somewhere to stay close by. This loft was perfect. It was 5 mins walk to the venue. The loft had everything we needed including the most beautiful views over the town and harbour which you could admire from the patio with a glass or two! There was a dusty track down to the harbour from the loft, which was a little over 10 minutes. There you could get a good breakfast and coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend! Linda was very helpful on where to go and met us from the ferry, dropping us back after.

Perfect location if you’re staying in Ios for the nightlife! Linda was super communicative, and check in and out was super easy. The apartment was cleaned during our short stay which was also really appreciated. Would highly recommend and will stay again!

Loved our stay. Location was perfect 10/10. Short walking distance to the most popular beach. Had our own private pool. Slept very comfortably. Kostas was very friendly, quick to respond and gave us recommendations. Would stay again!

I wish every airbnb would have the same host! Evangelia is super kind, we have been warmly welcomed, she has been very helpful for everything and super recommandations. Το σπίτι ήταν σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία δίπλα σε χώρα και λιμάνι με φοβερή θέα στο λιμάνι αλλά και στη χώρα. Εάν κάποιος θέλει μπορεί και από εκεί να απολαύσει απίστευτο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Πεντακάθαρο, λειτουργικό και με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές. Η Ιωάννα με τον σύζυγό της ήταν αφοπλιστικά εξυπηρετικοί και φιλόξενοι. Το συστήνουμε και θα το ξαναεπιλέγαμε σίγουρα.

The location was perfect, next to the bus stop and close to all restaurants and bars. The bus to the beach took 5 minutes and came very regularly. The place was very clean and was cleaned again during our stay. The host always responded within seconds of contacting her and the view was great for sunset!

Tutto meraviglioso! George è stato davvero impeccabile, super disponibile e sempre in allerta per farci stare al meglio. La casa era splendida, le foto non rendono, la vista da questa casetta è indimenticabile. Posizione ottima, il bus è a 5 minuti e la vista dalla casa è magica. Fra l’altro è un posto ideale per tutti quelli che cercano tranquillità e bellezza. È una parte dell’isola poco trafficata, la spiaggia a 4 minuti penso sia la più bella di ios. Ristoranti e Pathos attaccati a casa, Erego, uno dei ristoranti/club sulla spiaggia è vicinissimo alla casa e consigliamo di fare un salto. Insomma un sogno! Grazie George per il bellissimo pernottamento. Da cinque stelle se non più!

L’emplacement est un peu plus loin du village mais est dans un coin magnifique et très paisible. Si vous avez un véhicule il n’y a aucun problème, mais ça peut être parfois compliqué si vous êtes à pied. La plage est très facilement accessible depuis l’appartement, seulement 10min de marche. Le logement avec vue sur la mer est très beau, moderne, propre et spacieux. Les hôtes étaient aussi très gentils. Nous avons adoré notre séjour😁

Great place to stay in Ios! Super convenient to port taking ferry to and from island and very easy to get anywhere else you need to go by bus. We were greeted at the port and walked to the place while given much info and recommendations! The place is fairly small and basic but is as described and has all you need :)

Great location less than 5 minute walk to beach and multiple nice restaurants and bars. I particularly enjoyed the chocolate soufflé at delfini. Lovely hosts, welcomed us with a smile. Clean apartment with great air con.

great location. walkable to anywhere you need to go, plus bus stop only a 10 minute walk as well so the rest of the island is quite accessible without a car. good aircon, we were very cool and comfortable.

Beautiful sunset view of Ios - in the Chora but also with enough privacy for a quiet night - and there is parking! Georges and Florence were great hosts. We had all the info we needed for a great stay and they were very responsive to all our questions. Would totally recommend staying here.

Hugh’s place was my favorite in all of Greece. The personal pool overlooking the beach was my favorite part of this place. My wife and I booked for our honeymoon and had the best experience. Hugh is an amazing host and was so helpful with everything to know about IOS and to make it a great trip. Thank you again!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Margret auf Ios war rundum wunderbar! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sauber und sehr gepflegt, sondern auch traumhaft gelegen – mit einem herrlichen Ausblick, den wir jeden Tag genossen haben. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und dennoch gut angebunden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die tolle Kommunikation mit Margret – sie war jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Insgesamt war es eine rundum gelungene Erfahrung und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Merveilleux séjour !! Malgré mon arrivée tardive, un chauffeur était là pour assurer mon transfert depuis l’aéroport et quelqu’un était présent sur place pour m’accueillir au Airbnb ! Le logement et magnifique, situé à proximidé de très bon restaurant et de petits magasin. Hote très réactif sur quelconque demande. Je recommanderais à mon entourage sans hésiter Merci encore

The views of the caldera were unmatched yet it’s not a super busy spot with tourists all around. It’s between Oia and Fira so perfect location. Beautiful inside and out. You can walk to a lot of restaurants. Host was very friendly.

Rena is an outstanding host! She arranged transportation to and from the ferry port for our group. She is incredibly responsive and kindly gave recommendations for beaches and restaurants. She checked in on us via text during our stay. She also clearly cares for her home and for her neighborhood. We would stay at her place again, absolutely. Rena’s place was perfect for our group of seven. There is a large kitchen if you care to cook, and the bedrooms are large and comfortable. There was always enough hot water for showers. The location is great—5 minutes walk to the center of Fira but set on a quiet street without much foot traffic.

If you’re going to do Santorini, this may as well be the place to splurge on - just stay in, enjoy the space and avoid all the hoards of tourists. Everything was great - only two minor points for improvement: there is a similar property right next door to this one (which the photos do well to not show) with nothing separating the balconies - so it’s not the most private of spaces. Perhaps a small wall or plants would help so you’re not so exposed to the guests next door. Mattress feels like it’s probably on its way out, very soft and could probably do with an update. Other than that, it was brilliant place to avoid the crowds from!

Incredible spot, truly. A bit of a walk to get around and it was a bit treacherous with a toddler and a pregnant wife 😅. But it was really worth it and they helped us with our bags. Absolutely beautiful location.

The location is perfect! Close to everything, yet just right off the busy streets so you can sleep in quiet. Everything was great, honestly. The best part was our host, Alex. He sat with us and explained the whole island and gave us a lot of recommendations. He was so kind to set up transfers & reservations with us! By far the best host we’ve had - extremely responsive and went above & beyond. Would come back and stay here again and again! 🤍

We absolutely loved it here. We looked all over the island and found the best view on the island for sunsets was on our balcony. The breakfasts were not anything crazy but more than adequate and we loved having them delivered to our room each morning. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it however there are a couple of slightly negative things worth mentioning. The smell: the back porch did have a scent that was mentioned in other reviews. It’s a sewage smell. It’s not pleasant. But was limited to the balcony and seemed to be dependent on the wind. We made a joke about it because when we smelled it, we always knew we were close to “Home”. The hot tub is not hot. It’s warm and we used it every day but be aware… it’s not “hot”. Lastly… communicating with the hosts prior to our arrival was a bit challenging. Responses were quite slow but once we arrived and started communicating with Sotiris in country, it was no problem.
