Alles top für unsere Zwecke. Lage top! Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Für 2 Leute ,die hauptsächlich nur zum Übernachten in der Unterkunft sind mega. Auch der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus. Ich glaube die Unterkunft kann theoretisch auch mit 4 Leuten bewohnt werden. Dafür wäre sie mir dann doch etwas zu klein. Zumal das eine Bett quasi in der Küche ist. Aber für 2 Leute ,die in Innsbruck sightseeing und wandern möchten, sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief reibungslos.

A great self contained room in an amazing location. The access to the wellness centre and the Stubai Super Card were also big plusses. I ended up staying here by accident as Innsbruck was too busy and it has to be one of the best happy accidents I have ever had on a holiday. Beautiful views, fresh air and a lovely atmosphere.

Tolle Unterkunft – Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe! Ich habe mich in Judiths Wohnung rundum wohlgefühlt – wirklich alles war da, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und strahlt eine tolle Atmosphäre aus. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Austausch mit Judith: immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und absolut unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation war ein echtes Highlight und hat das ganze Erlebnis noch einmal aufgewertet. Wer Wert auf Gastfreundschaft, Komfort und ein kreatives Zuhause legt, ist hier absolut richtig! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Amazing stay in Zirl! The location was beautiful, so nice to wake up and be able to explore such a scenic and cute little town. Really good restaurants and bakeries just around the corner. Fantastic little walks just up the hill to castle ruins, a chapel and a gorge. Just a short bus ride or train to Innsbruck. The host, Hans, was extremely responsive and check in was super easy, he was generous enough to offer to pick us up from the train station as it was raining. He made our stay as enjoyable as possible. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I would definitely come back again!!

We stayed over there in 3 nights and my little princess enjoyed a lot specially private garden. Overall is okay..

Das AirBnB hält was es verspricht. Es sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und die Lage ist super. Auch die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut. Ein kleiner Störpunkt waren am Morgen die Kirchenglocken, aber unten im Zimmer sind diese nicht zu hören. Insgesamt sehr faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und empfehlenswert.

Our family of four had a great time in Soellden and were very comfortable and happy in Anna Katharina’s lovely place. The location is perfect for skiing in Soellden, and a short drive to Hochgurgl/ Obergurgl where we skied. The place was homey and very clean!

We've spent a month at Daniel's and Lisa's place, it was the perfect base to discover the surrounding area. The pictures and description were accurate (maybe even better in real life) The hosts were really friendly. Would stay there again :)

My stay in Innsbruck was made exceptional by the apartment’s perfect location and stunning views. Nestled in a quiet yet central area, it was just minutes from the charming old town and all the city’s key attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, filled with natural light, and beautifully furnished, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. But the highlight was the breathtaking view of the Alps through large windows, offering a postcard-perfect scene from dawn to dusk. In the morning I watched the sunrise over the mountains, and at night, the twinkling city lights below created a magical ambiance. The location was also practical, with shops, cafés, and public transport all close by. This apartment truly felt like a perfect home away from home and made my Innsbruck experience unforgettable. I would not hesitate to return!

Wir haben die Zeit in der schönen, großen und sehr sauberen Wohnung sehr genossen. Es war alles da, was man so brauchen kann, auch die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Eleonora hat im Vorfeld Fragen beantwortet und uns nett begrüßt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns war die Wohnung ideal gelegen - schön ruhig, mit dem plätscherndem Bach vor der Tür und zentral für Unternehmungen in der tollen Gegend. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment! We were traveling with two small kids and it was nice to have a base outside of Innsbruck. It was very easy to get around with just a 15min walk to Hall in Tirol or just 5min to the nearest bus stop to Innsbruck. The apartment had everything we needed. The best part was undoubtedly the view! We loved to sit in the garden and eat while looking at the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Alles war einfach nur perfekt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Als unsere Tochter überraschend über Nacht bleiben wollte, war das gar kein Problem. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit allem. Fussläufig ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Bäcker zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen.

Wonderfully decorated condo. Clean, in a nice area right next to a restaurant, and right next to a tram stop. Host is responsive and communicates effectively and efficiently.

Die Unterkunft ist optimal für einen Ski/Winterurlaub. Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Die Unterkunft ist optimal für Freunde/Familie. Sie bietet viel Platz zum Essen/Trinken aber auch zum ausruhen. Das einzigste Manko ist der Staub der unter der Couch und generell in den Ecken der Wohnung stark verteilt war, da wir zwei krabbelnde Kinder hatten. (Sonst hätte uns das vermutlich nicht gestört.) Der Umgang mit dem Gastgeber war immer freundlich. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Das beste Airbnb in dem wir je waren. Die Gastgeber/innen waren super nett. Man hat sich gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung war so sauber, super ausgestattet, es fehlte einfach an nichts. Die Lage ist ebenfalls toll, man ist schnell mit dem Bus in Innsbruck. In der Nähe gibt es zudem einen kleinen Spielplatz. Im Sommer könnte es sicherlich warm werden in der Wohnung. Aber ansonsten wirklich eine 10/10.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable short stay. We especially appreciated the in-house Italian coffee maker for espresso, and the complimentary coffee was a lovely touch. Joachim hat uns von Anfang an mit vielerlei Informationen und guten Ratschlägen für unseren Urlaub informiert. Mit der FeWo hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Wipptal und den Ort. Es liegt ideal, um ausgedehnte Wanderungen ins Umland zu unternehmen. Supermarkt sowie diverse Pizzerien sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück ist recht schmal und steil, aber man kann einen kleinen Umweg durch das Wohngebiert fahren, wo ein Großteil der Straße deutlich angenehmer ist. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt Joachims super hilfsbereite Mutter, mit der wir uns so hervorragend verstanden haben.

we verbleven met 3 personen in het appartement. De slaapbank met topper is een prima slaapplek voor de 3e en evt 4e persoon. alles is aanwezig in het appartement en het is er zeer schoon. voor het skieen in Seefeld een perfect verblijf. ook fijne uitvalsbasis voor wandelen in het karwendelgebied. Jan reageert snel en is vriendelijk. prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

El apartamento de Nikolaos está a 100 metros de la estación de trenes pero haces tres cuadras y estás en el centro . Ubicación perfecta para hacer todo andando . Nikolaos en todo momento estuvo presente con recomendaciones que llegaban en el momento justo aunque no las solicitáramos : sentimos que teníamos una comunicación especial porque sabía lo que necesitábamos . Estuvimos dos días pero fueron muy intensos . La cama no es grande pero es muy cómodo el colchón , tiene todo lo que se necesita y muchos detalles . Tienes condimentos, aceite , café, tés ,jabón para lavavajillas y también para lavar la ropa . Es muy completo . Se agradece el ventilador ya que llegamos por la tarde y hacía calor pero por la noche refresca mucho . Está en el piso 7 y a pesar de la cercanía a la estación es muy tranquilo y no se sienten ruidos . Fue muy fácil entrar siguiendo las instrucciones . Tiene muy buen wifi que mi marido aprovechó para trabajar . Se ven caras raras pero no sentimos inseguridad .
