The apt. is located a bit up in the hill, so driveway to the house is a bit steep, can be challenge sometimes, 4WD car is an advantage on winter but 2WD is ok. 500 m from the bus stop. 70 m from the ski trails & forest. The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. Bus ride to castle is 25 minutes. Fridge, waterboiler and microwave oven. Linen and towels included. The Oslo fjord is 50 meters away, with beaches and walkpaths very close.

Very nice place to stay on a farm in Austbygde. Beautiful surroundings and all you need in the house for a great holiday! We stayed a week there with our 1 year and half boy and he was really happy there and sad to leave.

The place was great. Me and my friend both highly enjoyed the place and equally the commute to get to it.

The house of Stevan is great. Just 20 minutes by bus from the Central station of Oslo, in a nice part of Norway. In 10 minutes walk you are at a beach, Where you can swim and relax. The house is great. A nice livingroom where you can watch Netflix, a fine kitchen to cook. Everything you need is available. I would really recommend this place!

Sehr gemütliches Bett. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Das Zimmer ist neu und gepflegt. Im Kühlschrank war Trinkwasser und Tee gab es auch. 👍

Die Unterkunft war sehr schon, super sauber und Marianne sehr zuvorkommend. Die Badestelle ist sehr nah und hat uns, trotz durchwachsenes Wetter, jeden Morgen zum Baden eingeladen. Toll, dass es ein extra Badehandtuch und Bademantel in jedem Zimmer gab. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Couldn’t recommend more! Excellent communication from start to finish. Very friendly and accommodating! (Check in and departure times to fit in with our flights). Apartment very clean and lots of extras (shower gel, shampoo example). Great location, 5 mins away from the bus and train/ subway. Also a shop for daily bits.

We had a great time at Marianne and James’s place, it’s close to a private beach which had great views, a great location that’s quiet but also easy to get into the city. The place looks exactly like the pictures, extremely clean and organised, we had everything we needed. The complimentary tea and coffee were delicious as well. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends travelling to Oslo
