Licinia is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The cabin was as described. The deck overlooking the river is relaxing and a great place to chill out. The location is quite close to the Wasaga triathlon so a good spot for participants.

Licinia’s place was amazing. Located super close to the beach, clean, peaceful with a water view and fireplace. She is also very friendly and gave us some recommendations and tips to make the best out of our stay. We will come back!

Licinia was the perfect hostess. She was pleasant and friendly, making sure our needs were met. At the same time, she gave us our privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed eating the picnic lunch that we brought, sitting on the dock alongside the Nottawasaga River. - entertained by the geese and the ducks, as well as the various watercraft. The beach was just a short walk across the street in the opposite direction of the river. Although it was too windy to swim, the crashing of the waves was a wonderful sound to hear. The cabin was cute and cozy - all the space that we needed. We enjoyed using the gas bbq on site for dinner - there was even an outdoor cook sink and prep area. Our evening was topped off with a bonfire afterwards. We don’t live far from the Town of Wasaga Beach, but we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway and will most definitely return. We look forward to seeing Licinia and her lovely family again.

Yaro was an exceptional host! Always quick with his responses. The place is a shared lot but we always felt comfortable and had our privacy at all times.

Perfect place while cyclotouring the area, had a dinner on the beach looking at the sunset. Licinia is a great host, looking for your best stay.

absolute perfect spot for doing a chunk of the Bruce Trail would be a good base camp for all of the Dufferin Hi—Lands and deep into the Blue Mountain Section. So many good restaurants around.For after your hike, this place feels off the beaten path, and is literally just 1 km from the trail!

If you are visiting Aurora or even northern Markham / Richman hill, this is a great spot to stay. Very clean, quiet and close to everything. Hooman is very nice to communicate with, made everything go smoothly.

My family had a wonderful stay at Gwenaele and Dave's place. It was perfectly clean, had all the amenities we could possibly want and a great location with the beach a very short walk down the road. Dave was extremely friendly upon greeting us and made sure the pool was heated and ready for us despite some heavy rain the day before. We'll be back for another wonderful vacation soon.

Great place to stay. Host very responsive. We went for a wedding and requested iron and ironing table. Items were delivered by the host through Walmart on the same day. Very clean place and clear instructions provided. I highly recommend the place.

Victoria saved us last minute when our previous host stopped responding when we were at the property trying to check in. We found Victoria’s spot last minute and within minutes, she responded to ask us if needed anything additional during our stay. We were at her place 30 minutes later and it was spotless and exactly how the pictures look! I cannot thank Victoria enough for her hospitality and I definitely recommend her place if you’re considering booking it!

What a wonderful place! They had everything I needed, and it was so lovely and charming. It really felt like home! Plus, it’s conveniently close to all the surrounding towns.

Nicole’s place is vey cozy and fully equipped with all amenities (in good conditions) to hace a great stay. My family and myself really enjoyed this place, not only for the cleanliness, but also the location in north Barrie. We would definitely stay there again in the next trip to Barrie. Highly recommended!

Everything about Leila's apartment in the pictures are exactly what is on ground. Extremely clean and decent home ,besides Leila provided everything we needed that made our stay very comfortable. I stayed in this apartment with my wife for 23 days, we didn’t feel like checking out anymore. We had issue with the bed, Leila provided us with a brand new bed within 24 hours . Secondly, our check out time was 11 am, while our departure flight out was 7pm, Leila extended our check out time to 2pm without additional charges. Above all, Leila and her husband, are very humble, kind, friendly and generous people. They received my family warmly and extended same to my children anytime they are around us through out our stay. I will strongly recommend this apartment to families and friends and anyone looking for a decent and world class place to stay in Richmond hill. I will definitely book this apartment again. Thank you Leila, for being kind and nice to my family.

Great host very responsive clean and tidy apartment

Everything was brilliant! The Barrie Nook was one of our best airbnb stays. Here is why: -easy and flexible check-in -extremely clean -comfortable beds -great linen (also super clean) -modern + quality furniture -relaxed + cozy atmosphere -central location -full equipped kitchen (also super clean) -special extras like the reading nook, outdoor space and games -easy check-out The only negative is the noise from the upstairs neighbours. They are by no means loud in anyway, just regular conversations, drawers opening/closing, chairs moving, running water etc...You can perfectly hear all of this. We could not sleep-in because we were woken up by the morning activities upstairs and our daughter had a tough time falling asleep one night. For this reason, I give the Barrie Nook an overall grade of 'A' instead of 'A+'. For cleanliness, this was the best airbnb that we stayed in. It is the first airbnb that I did not need to clean something to feel 'at home' upon arrival. Gros merci!!

This was not only my first time in Canada, but my first time out of the country as well!! It was such a great experience and Mei’s place was a part of that! Mei was very helpful allowing an early check in and was very responsive when I had quick-fix issues. Place was very updated and for some reasons my showers felt like heaven lol. Traffic can get a little heavy if your goal is to visit downtown Toronto (I.E. Roger’s Centre, CN Tower etc..) but other than that the place was wonderful!! Thanks Mei!
