Under sommarhalvåret är det solläge från morgon till kväll. På gång- och cykelavstånd finns Tofta Strand samt Gnisvärds Fiskeläge med flera restauranger, stenugnsbageri, minigolfbana, uthyrning av kite, surfbrädor, padelbana, tennisbana, utegym, livsmedelsbutik mm. The house is 112 sqm (100 sqm inside) and there is also an additional building with a bedroom of 10 sqm that you can rent. The house is located in Gnisvärd, just a 15-minute drive from central Visby. From the residence, you can get to Visby Golf Club in 12 minutes by car, which in 2020 was voted Sweden's best Golf Club.
