Newly-built house with proximity to swimming

Private newly built house with separate entrance located in close proximity to our own home. The property is located in a quiet residential area with proximity to swimming and nature. Access to our pier about 100 metres from the property. (Note the jetty took a lot of ironing during the winter of 2023-2024) better to go to the beach.) Parking for 1 car in connection with the accommodation. Free parking about 100 meters away. 8 km to Norrköping city centre. We prefer you to clean. If you want to hire us for cleaning, it costs SEK 700.

Small house in central Norrköping

A newly built guest house of 27 m2 near the city, Himmelstalund and 25 minutes to Kolmården. There is a 120 bed, a sofa bed and a kitchenette (portable stove top) table and chairs for three as well as a new and fresh bathroom with shower. On the property, there is a trampoline to borrow to any children. Playground 50 m from the house and 15 min to the city center. 10 min from the central station and beautiful Folkpark. The area is k-marked and the houses are close to each other, our entrance is right next door and we share the plot.

Welcome to our paradise on Djurön, just 15 min away from Norrköping city and right across the water from Kolmården Zoo. Enjoy the wild and peaceful area with 100m down to the ocean and our little beach with nice swimming. Beautiful walking trails around the area. Kayaks, SUP and grill for borrowing. We also have a nice fire pit for grilling over open fire. Fully equipped cabin, suitable for two people. But we have blow up beds for kids that works for putting in the living room.

We had a great stay at Johanna and Jen's house. The house was great and had everything we needed. The house was perfectly located so we could easily go into central Norrköping or Kolmården for a day excursion. Was also popular that the daughter got to borrow the toys - it was extra fun! The pool was used very often and was very easy to manage. Overall a very lovely stay and we can warmly recommend it to others. Thank you!
