Cosy house in central Norrköping

In the middle of central Norrköping, close to central station, Folkparken, University. Only 25 min from Kolmården. Nice and leafy area, which is also culturally marked. Quiet and peaceful, a smaller playground 50 meters away. For children, we have both swing and trampoline on the plot. There is a double bed on the upper floor and two small children's rooms with two 90 beds. In the basement there is a guest room with a sofa bed (160cm). All bedrooms have a toilet next to it. When renting, a nice house cat is included:-)
