Baptisée "Manapany" ; cette villa de 1962 a été rénovée de façon contemporaine et nous y avons créer un studio pour les amis, la famille... Vous pourrez donc bénéficier de la tranquillité et de l'intimité de ce studio : totalement indépendant du reste du pavillon, directement accessible depuis l'extérieur. De l'avis des personnes accueillies : ideal pour un week-end en amoureux ou simplement un déplacement professionnel. Vous découvrirez alors pourquoi nous sommes si bien dans cette maison : un quartier calme mais avec toutes les commodités : stationnement aisé, petit supermarché à 150m (ouvert jusqu'à 20h et dimanche matin) Et surtout : moins de 3km de l'hyper-centre, arrêt de bus juste devant, stationnement aisé et gratuit.

Anne is a gracious and helpful host, offering welcome gifts and local recommendations. Their family has owned the chateau for three hundred years and have taken great care with it. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience.

This is a great place to stay on the Loire. We stayed in a very hot period of weather. The garden had two recliners with cushions and plenty of shade. Whats more the conservatory surprisingly didn't get too hot. When the garden was too hot the conservatory had air conditioning. There were seats outside under shade and a small garden table. It is worth noting the only bedroom window opened into the conservatory which would compromise privacy if there were four of you (we were only two). Lots of walks in the area, plenty of nearby chateau and other things to visit. Had a wonderful stay. Thank you Francois.

We waren op vakantie met 2 gezinnen, samen met onze kinderen en aanhang. We vonden de Orangerie geweldig. Het huis is prachtig en is gerenoveerd met oog voor detail en behoud van originele sfeer. Je voelt dat er liefde in zit, het is een familiehuis, dat voel je. Niet opgeknapt enkel voor de verhuur. De tuin is prachtig en het zwembad heerlijk. Er is een kleine maar. De kamers zijn best verschillend van kwaliteit. Een kamer is alleen van buiten te bereiken, met een stapelbed. Helaas zijn onze kinderen (19 en 21) te lang voor deze bedden. Een andere slaapkamer is enkel bereikbaar via een andere slaapkamer met slechte deur waardoor weinig privacy. Deze kamer is ook nog niet echt gerenoveerd, voelt vochtig en klam. Naar mijn mening is het huis geschikt voor 6 volwassenen en de rest van de kamers voor kinderen en niet voor pubers van 19 en 21. Wij zijn flexibel en hebben beetje geschoven met matrassen en hebben oprecht een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Had a really great stay at Matthieu’s maisonette. The place is very well laid out and the kitchen is very well equipped. Along with spacious garden and terrace which I enjoyed using. The bed is comfortable and sleeping area is very unique. Location wise, the neighbourhood is very calm yet still close to central Tours by bus, bike or even walking. Matthieu was a very helpful host. Highly recommended!
