Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Indian Rocks Beach

Had a great stay. The unit was as advertised and in a great location w easy access to the beach and places to eat. Great value for the money as well. I do also want to mention that the communication was fantastic. I’ve stayed at places where basic info, like check-in, came in the very last minute. Kristin was always ahead of everything and provided great info before, during and after the stay. Highly recommend.

This place is adorable! It is absolutely perfect for a beach trip. They provided everything! They have beach towels and basic beach necessities like and an umbrella and chairs which is great because if you’re flying, that stuff is hard to bring. Sandra was amazing! Very responsive and kind, I felt right at home. Highly recommend!

My Husband and I booked with Caroline last minute (Same day) and she was kind. The apartment was perfect. Kitchen had everything we need and Roku for TV. Very close to shopping and beach! We ran out of propane and they immediately replaced it. Very kind hearted. Thank again Caroline. We will definitely be back!

We loved it here! The screened in porch was a great way to start our morning, without the giant grasshoppers getting you 😂 The pool was steps away, lots of things to do near by, the place was clean and honestly very comfy beds! We had everything we needed and Maggie was super easy to communicate with! The only thing I’d say (for people that it would be a dealbreaker as I’ve seen a. Few mention) the water gets cold fast. So don’t anticipate all jumping into the shower all together. If you’re light sleeper, go to bed early or sleep in the upstairs neighbors are easily heard. This did not bother me, but just incase for anyone else!

Great place to stay, I would recommend to any small family or couple looking to enjoy the gulf coast and all it has to offer. The unit is comfortable and well taken care of. 10 out of 10!

I stayed for a month and it was perfect for my dog and I. Big back yard, not fenced but plenty of room for your dog to roam. I work remotely and the desk with a desk chair was perfect. Jeremy was super responsive when I had an issue with the front door lock and I appreciated the quick resolution and follow up! Would recommend!

Extremely happy with our recent stay. Place was clean and really appreciated the access to a high chair and pack n play. Very easy walk to the beach with small children and great selection of sand toys, chairs and umbrellas to borrow. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with gadgets and appliances to make meals at home. Would gladly stay again.

Staying at Ken’s was a 10 out of 10 experience. He was very responsive and the place was perfect for our group of 2 adults and a child. Ken provided everything needed for the beach and had lots of extra towels and linens. He even worked with me to change the dates of our original trip and made it so quick and easy to adjust the dates. Would absolutely stay here again!!

What a lovely location and beautiful home! Excellent experience from the start, phenomenal communication, great value, and a wonderful getaway for us all. Exceptionally clean home and we felt right at home. The back porch and canal view were breathtaking and peaceful. So worth everything. We had the BEST of time with so much FUN at our fingertips. There were beach chairs, beach towels, wagon and toys. Also plenty of bathroom towels and the kitchen was well equipped. Our grandkids enjoyed the downstairs game room

Great location within a short walk to beach and IRB restaurants. Home was clean with new finishes. Worked great for our family of five for the long weekend. Beach chairs and wagon made beaching very easy. Jay was informative, easy to work with, and responsive.

Everything was perfect. Robert has thought of everything and provided anything you would need for a short stay. Great location by park for pup, fenced in little porches so you can sit out with your pup or kids. Easy walking distance to dinner and drinks. Instructions were clear and host was responsive. Even though I am a local I would seriously consider staying again for a staycation. Thank you!

This home was everything we hoped for and more. The views with the pool overlooking the dock and water were absolutely breathtaking. We even spotted dolphins swimming by, which made the experience truly magical. The entire property was spotless, with beautiful fixtures and thoughtful touches throughout. From the layout to the amenities, everything was curated for comfort and ease. It felt like a private luxury retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would return in a heartbeat!

The house was beautiful- immaculate -well organized -great dolphin view off deck- Neat as can be. I would absolutely stay there again. Owners terrific- YAY and thank you!! But in managing expectations for future renters, the location in the listing says it is " about three blocks from the beach access" ... That went into our house selection as we wanted to be able to walk to beach and dinner. I measured it , and is .72 miles (almost 3/4 mile ) to the closest beach access . I would say it is at least 8 blocks to the beach. Just be aware when booking of the distance. Absolutely book this house.

We had a great family vacation here with 6 adults and 3 children. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. The house is equipped with plenty of beach towels, chairs, floats and toys. The kitchen, too, had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet. Jimmy is a nice guy and is easy to reach if you need anything. We’d definitely stay here again.

Caleb’s place was perfect for our short stay! The beds and couch were very comfortable. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Our favorite part was the golf cart, we took several rides through the neighborhoods and to restaurants. Overall great stay!

Great little crash pad with easy access to the beach. Well kept pool. Easy walking

We have stayed at this condo 5 times. Each time it is a perfect experience. When I read a previous review from a very unsatisfied renter, I was very confused as this place is not only beautiful it is very convenient for getting down to the pool and beach. Elevator and a few steps to either. There is continuous remodeling going on from the past hurricane damage. But it did not bother us at all. We can’t wait for next May to come around.

Dana was super helpful, friendly, and responsive. The condo was perfect for our family Memorial Day vacation. The beach was only steps away and the grandchildren really enjoyed the nighttime swims. We have already booked our Memorial Day 2026 vacation at Dana’s condo. We are excited to return.

Due to the hurricanes there was still some work going on at the Condo and on the beach. We completely understood and knew this might be the case coming in. Our goal was to relax and unwind and that is what we did! We loved the location - the ocean view from the deck and the short walk to the beach. The bed was relatively comfortable - not too hard. There were plenty of things in the kitchen to make using it easy. We walked and hung out on the beach a lot which was our plan. The pool is small but was nice. There are restaurants and stores within relatively close driving distance. When we had a question everyone was quick to get back to us. Overall a truly wonderful experience!

We had a great vacation in a great place to stay! The place was clean, had two comfy king bed bedrooms, bathroom was clean, patio was nice and the walk to the beach was an easy 2 minutes. There were beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas available. I would definitely recommend this place!

The unit was perfect for us and exactly like the listing said. We loved looking out the sliding glass door and seeing the ocean. The storage closet with the beach supplies was helpful. We also enjoyed having laundry in the unit. The location was great being right on the beach and a short drive to stores and food. Kelley was extremely responsive and provided all the information we needed. We loved our stay and would love to come back again!
