Vacation rentals with beach access in Indian Beach

Beautiful condo unit as compared to others we have stayed at in the same building. Beautiful setting on the sound with view of the ocean which is very close. Pool is beautiful as well. Baths for each bedroom which is great. Beds were great!!

The condo was really nice. The distance from the beach to the condo was less than 200 feet. Upon arriving the first thing I noticed was how clean and nicely decorated it was. Place was well stocked with essentials. There's a closet in the hall thats stocked with soap, bandaids, first aid, paper towels and everything needed. Appliances were new, clean and functional. TVs worked and the sound bar was a nice surprise as I would rather listen to music than watch TV. I can honestly say I cant think of one negative thing. Thank you for having us. We really had a great relaxing time, and thanks for the restaurant recommendations. We hit Gaffers twice but mostly sat on the deck and ate. That view is fantastic.

Great beach access…the unit was very clean. Had a view of ocean and felt safe in neighborhood. Was not but a block or two from shops. Overall thought unit was a little larger but it was sufficient for the 3 of us. We had a nice time!

Great place to stay! Jarrod and his wife were very friendly and responsive with any questions on the app. They even let us check in early. Accommodating bikes was so thoughtful and fun for us as we biked to coffee places and lunch. We kayaked to palm tree island and that was so much fun! It’s also a great location to walk to the beach as well! The balcony was so peaceful in the morning and at night. 10/10 experience and first time vacationing to Wilmington. Will 100% come back!

Our family had a wonderful time. The space was extremely clean and fit the description in the listing and photos. The space is located in a quiet, gated community with lots of wonderful amenities and just a short walk to the beach via private access. Cathy was a wonderful host and was flexible with us during our stay. We’d love to come back for another visit soon!

We enjoyed our stay here! The beach supplies were amazing, and we had everything we needed for traveling with our toddler. One thing to note is you do have to put the sheets on the beds yourself. That wasn’t clear in the listing, and we waited until we were exhausted to do it later that night which wasn’t very fun. But very minor action in what was a wonderful family vacation with great views!

This Airbnb has so much charm and character! The kitchen was stocked with all the spices and condiments we needed, especially for cooking seafood. There are so many little activities included. For example; a sound system, card games, and outdoor equipment (chairs, skim board, shovel). Sam is a wonderful host, very attentive. One evening, a small situation came up and he responded to our message immediately. In fact, he showed up to help at 11 pm! We truly enjoyed our stay. Wrightsville is such a special place. I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in town!

Perfect stay for a couples get away. Within walking distance from the waterfront and lots of restaurants. Quaint but beautiful!

The house was wonderful. 10 minute walk to the beach access, everything you need nearby, and very private. Their rental was the perfect place to vacation with our dog and children.

We had a great time. The home had plenty of room for us and was very convenient as well.

What a delightful experience! The house was as advertised and more. Kate provided many thoughtful touches (easy entertainment navigating, extra kitchen and food treats, fully stocked kitchen and cooking aids, games, beach supplies), which were wonderful surprises. She operates a pet friendly house, with pet supplies too. The location is marvelous, and the Surf City beaches are wonderful. She truly is a five star hostess, and this lovely home is perfect for a family/pet holiday.

Paul was an excellent host! The house is so cute, super clean, excellent location, conveniently located near beach access points, restaurants and the reason we were there - the Big Rock Tournament!!! Such a beautiful area. We loved the fenced backyard for our Yorkies and the driveway being on 20th, not on busy Arendell. 5 ⭐️ s!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Endless Summer! The location was perfect—nestled between the beach and the sound, with easy access to both. Even on rainy days, there were plenty of activities available at the home to keep us entertained. We also appreciated how close we were to local restaurants and shops. The golf cart was a huge bonus and made getting around much easier, especially with the beach traffic. The home itself was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and well-stocked with thoughtful amenities—from dishwashing and laundry detergent to toiletries in case anything was forgotten. The hosts were kind, welcoming, and very responsive throughout our stay. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to enjoy such a relaxing and well-appointed beach getaway. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Being on the beach was awesome! We enjoyed sunrises from the hot tub, going right down our stairs to the sand, walks to the pier, evenings on the deck… It was the perfect setting for our little reunion! The house is clean and comfortable with everything you might need. Location is also super convenient to food & coffee & seafood market. The only surprises were that our space was attached to another house (neighbors were very quiet, respectful, and friendly) and that we had to make our own beds upon arrival and remove bedding before check out. Overall, Emily’s house made our time with people we love even more fun & easy! She was a communicative, helpful host and we appreciate her sharing her home!

This was a perfect house for our six adults and four young children. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was very well supplied, the couch was super comfy, and having the beach access and deck views was amazing!

Such a beautiful place! So clean, modern, comfortable, and the PERFECT location. It was right beside the pool and right across from the beach access. Perfect for any vacation.

This was our second family vacation to this rental and we were not disappointed. we watched the dolphins while drinking coffee off the balcony. walked down to the beach every day and enjoyed the convenience of having everything just steps away. Christine has chairs and beach toys available for you to use so it's perfect if you're flying in. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Another great trip to the beach with the grand-kids! It is such an easy and relaxing thing to do when you stay at a condo so clean and well equipped as this one. The weather was perfect and everyone had a wonderful time. Can't wait to come back next year.

We had the most incredible stay at this stunning beachfront Airbnb in North Topsail Beach! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee on the private deck as the sun rose over the water felt like a dream. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully decorated, with a cozy coastal vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the living space was ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun.

The condo was spotless and beautifully appointed. The location is facing the beach with easy elevator access to the 3rd floor. Access to the beach itself was very easy— a primary consideration for one of our party with limited mobility. We appreciated the recycling, limited use of plastics, and eco supply of body wash in the bathrooms. Instructions were clear and everything was beautifully organized. We really enjoyed our time here.

It was our 40th anniversary and we decided that we wanted to go to our favorite beach in North Carolina. We could see the ocean from this apartment and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sleeping on the beds and having 2 bathrooms were fantastic. AC was great and water pressure in shower, was too. They had everything you needed and didnt lack on the supplies. It was a memorable vacation that we will never forget. Thanks Curtis

The condo was clean upon arrival, and the view was amazing! Lisa was very prompt at answering any questions. The balcony was small but still very nice, and the chairs were more comfortable than the normal wooden balcony chairs that have been at other rentals. It was very quiet, you couldn't hear anything from any neighboring condos. I would definitely stay here again if I chose to vacation in Atlantic Beach again.

Beautiful apartment very well decorated with European style and incredible views which allows you (from two different balconies) to watch wildlife( dolphins/ wild horses and many different species of birds) but also all the boating activities with sailboats/catamarans/motor yacht etc. Bring your binoculars! It will be difficult to find better in Beaufort because no matter the weather conditions you will love this place and still enjoy the beauty of Beaufort. This place is a gem from January 1st to December 31st! You will enjoy your stay from the moment you open your eyes in the morning , the beds are excellent for your back ( I am a chiropractor!) and your car will rest because you can do everything on foot!

Karen’s condo was amazing. It was clean and looked just like the photos. Had tons of amenities as well as an easy 3 minute walk to the beach. Karen was also an amazing host responding to any questions I had within minutes. I recommend this cozy spot to any couples or singles looking to visit Atlantic beach.
