The location of the house is privileged, close to the city center, but calm and quiet. The bus passes very close to the house, on the corner there is a bakery and it is very close to the city's nightlife. The house is very clean and organized, the yard is wonderful, very quiet even for Clovis, our golden retriever who was very comfortable in the house. Fair price for the stay. No regrets, it's well worth staying at this place, highly recommended.

First, I want to talk about people. I had the privilege of meeting not only Augusto, but his beautiful family. We were very well received and received a lot of attention from them. For those of you who, like me, are not looking for luxury, you will be in a very pleasant place close to nature. Quality bed, shower with plenty of water pressure, and utensils working perfectly. My wife is very allergic. And at no time did we find a musty smell or cleaning flaws. Simplicity with quality. The condominium is truly a dream! Huge, with lakes and a lot of beauty. You can fish. Cissa was super receptive and welcomed us very well. City Council gave us good instructions and helped us with some requests, as well as leaving us 100% at ease. I had an excellent family weekend, the house is perfect , exactly like the photos , very airy , pool although not heated it was always pleasant , my children loved it , had a lot of fun in the pool , in the game room and in the playground toys. Our stay was delicious! The house was very clean, duvets with a fresh laundry smell! (This makes a big difference!) It is very well-equipped, super cozy and it was very easy to talk to Thaís, who helped us every time we needed. The kids went to feed the fish and turtles (hosts' tip) and they loved it! Oh, I ordered a cake to celebrate my birthday, with a recommendation from the hosts as well. It was perfect, super neat! We want to go back in a season with plenty of sun to make the most of the pool! Thank you! It was a very special family moment!

Marcos or bald uncle RSS was a great host, we felt very comfortable. We enjoyed the weekend a lot. Beautiful and clean house, spacious, the barbecue is facing the pool, so you can leave the children at ease while preparing the food! Impeccable bed, all the utensils available for cooking... Pots, knives, forks, spoons, even an airfryer... We'll be back for sure!
