Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

In the living room there are two pull-out sets, living room closet and the tv. The kitchen is fully furnished. WC, shower bath, (washing machine and/ or dryer for an extra charge €2,- per use.) 1 car parking is free of charge. Very good infrastructure. Rental from 4 nights.

The cottage is located in the small tight village of Fussach in der Schanz, just 50 meters from the lake and channels, often referred to as “Little Venice”. Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (10 und 16 Jahre) und wohnen im Zentrum eines kleinen netten Dorfes. Die zu buchende Unterkunft ist eine Einleger Wohnung in unserem Wohnhaus. Hier im Dorf gibt es 2 Gasthäuser und einen kleinen Laden in dem man alles Notwendige findet. Fußballplatz und Spielplatz sind gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben eine schöne Aussicht über das Rheintal.
