In the middle of the small original mountain village Costarainera lies Casa Schröder which was completely renovated in 2020. Away from tourism you can enjoy the view of the mountains and the sea with some peace and distance. Nevertheless, in summer you can often enjoy live music at the piazza or in the neighboring village of Cipressa (10 minutes walk) with some good restaurants/bars. Arranged over two floors, SASSO6 is connected by a stairway with beautiful vaulted ceilings and slate stairs worn smooth over centuries. Two very large double bedrooms and a small en suite children’s bedroom easily accommodate two families. Surrounded by bushes and an overhanging olive tree, the pool's mountain water is cleaned by electrolysis and salt, thus virtually chlorine free. The water quality and location create a wild swimming experience, unlike a typical resort pool.
