Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Imola

Wat hebben wij het getroffen bij Tenuta Verde. Monica en Daniele zijn gastvrouw en heer pur sang. Alles is tot in de puntjes geregeld. Warm welkom bij aankomst, een welkomspakket waarmee je de eerste avond en ochtend mee doorkomt. Alle vorige lovende recensies zijn helemaal waar. Tips over de omgeving wat er te doen is naast de grote bezienswaardigheden en waar je lekker kan eten en het beste ijs kunt kopen. Warme persoonlijkheden die altijd voor je klaar staan. Daniele kwam zelfs 2 keer eigengemaakte wijn brengen, heerlijk. Het huis is zo fijn "thuiskomen" na een lange dag weg. Heerlijk de rust in de tuin en om het huis. We missen het nu al. We hebben een week doorgebracht in het huis van Stella en Tessa. Het is een sfeervol en authentiek ingericht appartement. Het ligt tussen de bergen omringd door olijfbomen maar steden zoals Lucca en Florence liggen niet ver weg. Het huis was heel schoon en lekker koel bij warme temperaturen. Er is voldoende schaduw rondom het huis. We hebben een kookles bij Stella gevolgd, dit was leerzaam en heel gezellig. Stella bedankt voor je vriendelijkheid, de heerlijke Italiaanse gerechten en je tips over de omgeving. Groeten, Margret en Toin

Renza and Mauro prepared the house nicely during our trip! The house was spotlessly clean and they even provided an ample amount of amenities which we found quite helpful for us. Thank you for such a hospitality! :)

Soggiorno molto breve ma piacevolissimo. L'accoglienza è stata puntuale e cordiale, la posizione è molto comoda per visitare Bologna e i suoi dintorni. La casa è ampia, confortevole e perfettamente attrezzata. Veramente incantevole

El alojamiento de Ignazio ha sido una experiencia diferente y poco usual para los alojamientos que solemos alquilar. Pero nos apetecía sentir el ambiente rural y la vida real Italiana. Nos ha sorprendido gratamente. Alojarnos en una casa típica italiana de la zona de 1800. Todo, absolutamente todo tiene historia. Las habitaciones. La cocina. Pequeños misterios de la casa que Ignazio nos explico con detalle y gran amor. Si eres de las personas que ama la historia y la cultura de otros países está es tu casa e Ignazio tu anfitrión. Nos alegramos mucho de haber podido tener esta oportunidad. El pueblo está muy cerca de la parada de tren para ir a todas las ciudades importante en me día hora por 3€ el billete. La comida de los alrededores! Maravillosa. Nos vamos encantados. Muchísimas gracias por todo Ignazio. Arrivederci!

Great house with amazing views. We used the pool a lot as it was very hot during our stay. Francesco and Serena were very nice and helpful. They booked a cooking class for us, which I highly recommend. The location is very convenient for visiting Florence, as it only takes about half an hour by train from Rufina.

Wir haben uns bei Adriana sehr wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft war sehr modern, sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Außenbereich mit dem Whirlpool war super schön. Der Weg hin zur Unterkunft ist etwas eng und kurvig, was für nicht geübte Italien Urlauber etwas herausfordernd sein kann, aber durchaus machbar ist.

Für Menschen, die Ruhe in der Natur suchen, wandern möchten und keine Angst vor kilometerlanger einspuriger Anfahrt haben, der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und für Entdeckungstouren in die noch nicht überlaufene Umgebung von Florenz, wo Giotto, die Medici, die Etrusker u.v.m. ihre Spuren hinterlassen haben. Unterkunft klasse geschnitten, originell eingerichtet, top gelegen mit kleiner Terrasse (leider ohne Direktausgang von Wohnung) - ideal für den Genuss der phänomenalen Sonnenuntergänge hoch über den toskanischen Hügeln. Und Lorenzo ein so sympathischer, netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Können wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

We had an amazing week in the villa. Even if hou have other people living there, you feel so calm and free. There is a designated spot for each appartements to eat so you can enjoy good time outside. The site is so clean and we ser that the host take good care of everything. We had a lot of recommandations to discover te surroundings and the host was so easy to reach when we needed. All the commodities were there, the appartement is well equiped. I strongly suggest to rent a car, it’s the easiest way to enjoy your stay there. I surely recommand this place and I would go back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and the beautiful view of Florence it provides. Elisabetta gave clear instructions for check-in and made sure to reach out to us during the day to confirm everything was going well.

L'alloggio è meraviglioso, una posizione estremamente comoda per girare Bologna a piedi e anche facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione centrale. L'alloggio, inoltre, è molto spazioso e offre una vista stupenda della città. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario, i bagni sono ampi e molto puliti. La terrazza aggiunge ulteriore comfort all'appartamento, utilizzabile sia in estate che in inverno. La comunicazione è sempre stata amichevole, semplice e veloce. Un soggiorno splendido.

Soggiorno ben oltre le nostre (già alte!) aspettative! Emanuela ci ha accolto nei migliori dei modi e ci siamo sentite subito a casa, la sua ospitalità da manuale ci ha davvero conquistate. È stata un’host impeccabile, sempre disponibile e gentilissima. L’alloggio è una splendida tenuta immersa nel verde della campagna toscana, perfetto per chi cerca un’oasi di tranquillità a contatto con la natura. Le foto davvero non rendono giustizia alla casa, molto spaziosa , e al bellissimo giardino.

Aller à Pistoia et profiter d'une magnifique soirée d'été, flâner sur la Piazza del duomo, une glace à la main, en contemplant la cathédrale et le baptistère. Pistoia, la petite Florence, vous invite à prendre le temps de vivre tout en vous dévoilant la beauté de la renaissance Toscane. Dans cette ville, un palais du 16ème siècle abrite un magnifique appartement. Son intérieur, rythmé par les croisées d'ogives rappelant son histoire, vous accueille à bras ouvert après une journée de visite. Les anciens escaliers de service dans la buanderie, rappellent qu'à l'époque, cet endroit était la cuisine de cette noble famille habitant le palais. Ces traces du passé laissent sans problème la place à la modernité et l'aménagement du lieu mêle design et authenticité. À moins d'une heure de Florence, Pise, Lucca, Vinci ou de la mer, Pistoia est sans nul doute extrêmement bien située. Eine Woche Toskana bei extremer Hitze. Da war es super in die Kühle des Hauses zu kommen oder unter dem schützenden Blätterdach vor der Wohnung zu sitzen. Das haben wir häufig gemacht. Bei flexibler Anreise wurden wir begrüßt und es wurde alles von den Vermietern erklärt, was wir über die Unterkunft wissen mussten. Der kleine Ort ist eine kleine Welt für sich. Sehr ruhig und untermalt von den kleinen Unterhaltungen der Nachbarn. In der Umgebung gibt es wunderbare Wanderwege. Der Franziskus Weitwanderweg verläuft durch Stia und man kann Etappen davon in den schattenspendenden Wäldern erwandern. Unsere Entdeckung am letzten Tag war das Museo della lana. Das Museum ist im ehemaligen Industriegebäude der ehemaligen Wollspinnerei untergebracht und sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Neben den vielen erklärenden Tafeln in Italienisch und Englisch zeigen beeindruckende und gut gemachte Filme von der Arbeit in diesem ehemaligen Werk - absolut empfehlenswert

We stayed here for a few nights and had a fantastic time! The views were amazing, and the place was very spacious and clean. Lapo was fantastic - really helpful, even picking us up and dropping us back off at the bus stop. We'd highly recommend!

What a beautiful villa. Looks exactly like the photos and even better. A quiet place outside of Bologna and easy to get into the Old Town. The best of both worlds. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. But the piece de resistance is the outdoor room and patio. Pamela is a very responsive host. Highly recommend this beautiful villa.

Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit :) Die Unterkunft entspricht absolut den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Sie ist großzügig und toll ausgestattet, mit kleinen Naschereien und Getränken für den ersten Tag! Der große Pool war geöffnet, sodass wir viel baden konnten. Außerdem steht ein großer Gasgrill zum Grillen zur Verfügung. Unser Gastgeber Riccardo war freundlich, hilfsbereit, war immer erreichbar und hat für unsere Kinder sogar ein Sammelsurium an Badespielzeug für den Pool aufgepustet. Eine tolle, kleine Bäckerei ist drei Häuser weiter. Ansonsten benötigt man ein Auto, um die Gegend erkunden zu können - aber ich denke, dass man sich über so etwas im Vorfeld informiert. Das einzige, was etwas gestört hat, war die Hellhörigkeit zu den Nachbarn hin. Wir saßen aufgrund der Hunde und Kleinkinder mehrmals zu später Stunde aufrecht im Bett, da es wirklich sehr laut war. Nach drei Nächten hatten wir uns daran gewöhnt.

Il y a des logements qu'on quitte un peu moins facilement que d'autres et qui nous rendent nostalgique à peine le portail passé... tant ils ont été des lieux de bons moments partagés et de souvenirs créés! Le logement de Gianni est exactement l'un d'eux! Propre, bien situé, logé au cœur d'un havre de paix, fidèle à la description en termes d'espaces et d'équipements, le logement a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Gianni et Chiara (qui nous a accueillis) se sont montrés particulièrement disponibles, aux petits soins pour que nous nous sentions "comme à la maison" tout était prévu pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous avons pu faire plein d'activités dans la région, supermarchés du coin, visites touristiques de la Toscane qui en regorge. Tout était parfait, on reviendra et en attendant, on le conseille vivement!

A beautiful villa with exceptional views to the hills and valley. Various oudoor areas. Private location however close to sights and amenities. Cafes and restaurants not far however not walking distance, best accessed by own car. Electric bikes were available for sightseeing. Fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Can warmly recommend.

La casa è isolata ed immersa nella natura, molto grande, ben curata , ed è persino meglio di quanto risulta in foto. Arrivando all’ultimo tratto per raggiungerla, la strada diventa sterrata è sembra essere impegnativa e lunga, ma già alla seconda volta risulta persino divertente e piacevole scrutare i boschi dall’interno percorrendola non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà neanche nei 2 giorni di pioggia intensa, ne vale la pena. Michele ci ha accolti con premura e durante tutto il nostro soggiorno è stato sempre reperibile, soddisfacendo anche la nostra richiesta di sdraio aggiuntivi. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, utensili e stoviglie,Smart Tv, BBQ, spazi esterni, cancello automatico. La piscina è più grande di quanto si possa capire dalle foto, pulita,funzionale e piacevole. Siamo stati davvero bene e anche il nostro cagnone negli enormi spazi esterni incontaminati. Assolutamente consigliata se si cerca una soluzione di tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente volentieri

Cristiana and Mauro were the most friendly hosts. They made us feel immediately comfortable and set us up for a great stay at their wonderful home, offering some fabulous nearby dinner recommendations, as well as directing us to local grocery stores, and train stations for easy day trips into Florence, etc. The farmhouse is beautiful and brimming with character throughout, offering spectacular views over Vicchio. The private swimming pool is bigger than the photos suggest, and not too deep - the kids loved it. The hot tub allows you to sit back and drink in the peaceful Tuscan views. The sauna was a great touch, which we enjoyed throughout our stay, along with the pool table/games room. The outdoor terrace is large and great for a BBQ. The road leading up to the house is a fun drive - we rented a 4x4 (highly recommended if you are planning to stay here) that made it relatively comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely like to return as there is so much more to explore there!

Olga's villa is absolutely stunning. Our family of 9 had the most wonderful visit. We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful and well appointed kitchen, eating outside on the terrace, swimming in the pool, and relaxing outside on the terrace, enjoying the peaceful beauty and breathtaking views of Tuscany. Olga's place is truly special. Olga was very communicative, helpful and kind. We highly recommend her villa to others.

Licias Villa Cerfoglio ist ein wirkliches Kleinod mitten in den Hügeln der Emilia-Romagna. Haus und Lage sind wunderbar und auch wenn das Wetter leider nicht so schön war, haben wir uns dank des offenen Kamins einige gemütliche Tage gemacht. Die Aussicht ist bei klarem Himmel wunderbar und Licia hat uns mit vielen Leckereien und netten Worten willkommen geheißen. Diese Unterkunft lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Auch die beiden Bäder sind schön ausgestattet und es war alles sehr sauber! Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Realität übertrifft die Fotos! Vielen Dank noch einmal an Licia!
