The house exceeded our expectations, great!! Clean and sufficient dishes, clean and cozy beds, some entertainment for children, the peaceful environment. We had a little problem with the heater and we notified Alessio. First thing in the morning, he was solving the problem with a lot of sympathy. In short, if we ever come back to Genoa, we will look for this place again!!

Our host was available and gave very good advice. Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated and close to transportation and the historic center.

Martina was very helpful. The house looks good, it's clean and comfortable. The location is excellent: very close to the technology center in Erzelli, as well as to the center of Sestri Ponente.

I had a lovely stay here for a few days. Alfonso is incredibly nice and responsive. The apartment is spacious and clean. While the WiFi was a bit spotty at times and the there was some construction going on in the building, this did not affect my stay. The building was quiet, and it is a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of the city center. Overall, this is a great space to stay, especially for a few days.

The modern kitchen features sleek black cabinetry and contrasting light countertops. A washing machine is positioned beside the counter. Natural light enters through a window, illuminating the space, while essential appliances are neatly arranged for convenience.
