Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

Ski season is open! About 20 km away is the Wagner and World Heritage city of Bayreuth. Muckenreuth is located on the edge of the Fichtel Mountains and Franconian Switzerland, as well as at the gateway to the Upper Palatinate and is ideal for hiking, biking, skiing and relaxing. Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. The apartment is located at the entrance to Franconian Switzerland. There are many attractions such as the castle ruin Neideck, the Walberla, numerous caves and viewpoints. There is also the possibility for climbing, archery, boat tours, motor and gliding.

Relax in our cozy attic apartment and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Fichtel Mountains! Perfect for hikers and nature lovers: Right outside the front door you can go hiking on the Rauher Kulm or in the Fichtel Mountains. The ideal stopover for vacationers passing through. Also welcome for tradesmen or fitters. Bed linen and towels are included per guest. For groups of 5 or more, 2 must sleep on the sofa bed.

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].
