Excellent location, clean pool, very spacious house, perfect value for money. As I already pointed out with the administrator, the only thing missing was a barbecue cutter board and a better knife also for the meat, on the outside barbecue. Another perfect place; we intend to go back again and rest, for sure. Great also for pets, safe place.

Excellent accommodation. Everything was just right, organized and clean! In addition to the wonderful view and close to the beach.

We stayed in Gilberto's house for the second time. It is comfortable, very well equipped with many appliances, a spacious kitchen and grill for those who like to cook. The setting with a large garden and gallery with hammocks is ideal for enjoying the outdoors. The condominium where it is located is very nice, quiet and safe, with vegetation and access to the lagoon. The walk to the beach through the Mevlana Garden Inn is very nice. We had a great time last year and that's why we decided to come back!

Livia's house is a delight: beautiful, cozy, well located, with all the necessary comfort and structure... We went as a family, with the elderly and children, and everyone was well accommodated and enjoyed it a lot. It was a special time in this place! Lívia and her family were great hosts! I hope to come back more often.

Adriana's place is amazing! A perfect view... absolute silence, true peace! I recommend it to anyone who wants to rest with the charms of Rosa! I'll be back for sure.

The house is great and sits in a quiet condominium, the possibility of walking to the beach is excellent. The house is very comfortable and clean, I recommend and would stay there again. The host helped us whenever necessary and was very helpful.

Amazing days, the cabin is wonderful, a structure that met all our expectations, Mr. Ernesto and his wife are very attentive and helpful. The red beach is wonderful, it was not our first stay in the region, it is worth it for those who want comfort and rest.

As they say in Brazil, Conchegante, the patio, the lighting, the garden integrated with the pool, the two houses with 3 bathrooms that give space for large families. A LUXURY !

Everything very neat, the apartment is cute, very comfortable. It is in a neighborhood a little further from downtown Imbituba, but in a very beautiful and historical place of the city. In the vicinity there is a lot of choice of restaurants and markets. Very solicitous host! Stay was great!

IMPECCABLE is the word that best describes my stay. Everything is clean, organized, functional and cozy. The sea view is great, you can see a good part of the beach, and the breeze that blows from the sea is delightful! The accommodation manages to blend the tranquility of a secluded neighborhood with the proximity to the city center. From the stay to the city center it was about a 5-minute drive, and the nearby beaches are also easily accessible by car. The guide prepared by Giulianno was great, he managed to direct which beaches to visit and, mainly, which restaurants. The nearby beach has an access trail next to the residence, but I recommend walking a little further and going down the parallel street, especially if you are carrying beach gear.

We spent almost two weeks at Wagner's house, for me it would stay longer. Very quiet place for those who really want rest and tranquility. The sea view is incredible, we were 20 m from the wonderful sea of Santa Catarina, the detail of the moisture that springs from the sand on the beach is a mere detail in my view. The Ribanceira beach is close to Porto Beach with a wonderful lookout and also close to Vila Beach, another excellent beach. The very spacious house, very nice, clean, organized and with all the necessary items for a quiet stay, from sunshade, chairs, skewers, grills, finally everything we needed was within reach and when it was necessary, it was just to go into ctto with the Wagner that quickly catered to us. Wagner is a super nice and very flexible person. Anyway as I said at the beginning, it would be there much longer, great place, I recommend it.

Our stay was simply magical! The house itself overflows with good energy, every detail of the decor and architecture takes us to indescribable landscapes, just to contemplate! We were incredibly well received by Dasi and felt at home. We entered 2025 with the lights of the fireworks from the balcony and moments lived that are forever kept in our memory and in our hearts. We definitely have plenty of reasons to return! Cíntia and Cláudio .

Hosting with Luciana was an amazing experience!! Extremely attentive people, available, solicita. Luciana has spoken to me since the day of booking confirmation. We passed tips on places, made available to take our abadá (we went to the carnival). City has truly exceeded expectations. The location of the apartment is great, close to everything, you don't need a car for anything. The apartment has everything we need, full kitchen, linens, towels. There is no garage, but the car is in front of the apartment and is super safe and quiet. Zero Concerns! Imbituba Beach is beautiful!!! We'll be back for sure!!
