Grace's place is a gem. A piece of calm when San Juan is bursting of life and energy. A huge plus for a group of friends in their late 30s. Totally clean and complete amenities. The caretakers are responsive, helpful and hospitable. Also, the location is near everything so we didn't worry abt parking or transportation. Will definitely be back! Thank you Grace and team.

The villa is cute and stylish just like the pictures with everything you need! They even have board games like monopoly and cards. I suggest to add jenga and portable karaoke 🎤 coz we’re filipinos and loves to sing haha 😍 Overall our experience was great! My fam enjoyed our staycation! My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. The place is fantastic! Our family truly enjoyed our 3D2N stay. The house was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with toiletries and kitchen essentials—cooking there felt just like home. We especially loved the sustainable setup, with a garden filled with tomatoes, eggplant, rosemary, chili, lemongrass, and papaya. It was both beautiful and inspiring! The owner was kind enough to let us take some rosemary for our steak night, which paired perfectly with the complimentary wine. They also provided camping chairs we could take to the beach to enjoy the sunset—such a thoughtful touch. Huge thanks to the owners and to Ms. Jenny for the warm welcome, the tour, and for being so responsive throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was super clean—every corner spotless and truly up to my standards. It was also fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to grilling tools and even condiments. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our requests. When we needed extra chairs, they provided them right away. Even the caretaker and guards were helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The best part? The beach was just a stone’s throw away! Plus, the house itself was very aesthetic—perfect for relaxing and taking photos. Highly recommend!

The home is large and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each of the 3 bedrooms was equipped with its own air-conditioner and there were 2 tower fans in the living room area. A rare amenity was the rather large refrigerator instead of the more typical mini refrigerator. The home also had a regular full-size 4 burner stove with oven which was a nice bonus. The large yard that surrounds the house is fenced with 2 locked entry gates; one small gate for people and a large gate for cars or etc. The large yard is filled with various fruit trees and many flowering plants and etc which are maintained by the homes caretaker. The ocean and beaches are close by with the popular surfing community of San Juan, La Union, a relatively short trip to the South. Also, be sure to keep food crumbs and spills wiped up to avoid feeding the ants which seem to love life in the warm tropical Philippines. The hosts and caretakers of the home were all very kind and quick to respond to any questions.

Tanya’s place was peaceful and refreshing. It’s a good place for families who want private quiet time. It’s also near the tourist destinations. As amenities go, they have all the necessities, as declared in the listing.

Lem n Rev have been great. They were very responsive and delivered well. They were very friendly. The house was clean and the area was safe.

Ms Marlee was very responsive to all my inquiries. She and her sister was very thoughtful to even buy us a breakfast when we were having problem using their gas stove. The house was huge and very clean. It is perfect for a big family. I will definitely recommend this place to those who want to have vacation in la union, within the city proper. Thank you po ms. We had a lovely stay at Casa Pio Baguio with our family - wish we stayed longer! Felt super at home. The hosts were very communicative and super responsive. Definitely recommend staying here for a Baguio getaway!

This house was exactly what we wanted, a real house with “Old Baguio” feels. With working lights, hot water, clean and comfortable beds, tasteful furnishings with views to die for and fog rolling into the valley every afternoon. Because we like animals, we asked for the resident pets to be unleashed. The kids were so happy, they preferred to stay in the house rather than go anywhere. This is the best house we ever stayed at. I recommended it to my friends already. We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very accommodating—Mam Gian responds quickly and decisively, which made communication smooth and easy. Nanay Cora is very welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place itself is squeaky clean and feels very homey. The mattress and linens were fresh and spotless, and the overall upkeep of the house was excellent. The water pressure is strong, and the heater works perfectly—great for winding down after a long day. The location is also a plus! It’s in a quiet subdivision, ideal for restful nights. Transportation is accessible, especially with GrabTaxi, and roadside parking was never a problem as the area isn’t busy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and comfortable place to stay with kind and responsive hosts. It’s our go-to place whenever my parents wish to come to Baguio ❤️

We really loved staying at Jennifer's place. The place was very spacious, comfortable and has amazing views of the sunset as well as the surrounding landscape. Check in and Check out were very easy. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Urdaneta!

We recently stayed at a rental place in Baguio and had a lovely experience overall. The unit had a cozy and homey vibe that made us feel right at home. It's a great spot for families, with a peaceful atmosphere and comfortable furnishings that are perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. That said, one important thing to note is that the unit is located on the 4th floor of the building with no elevator access. While this wasn't a problem for us, it might be challenging for families with senior citizens or those who have mobility concerns. Overall, it's a warm, clean, and welcoming place to stay. Just make sure to consider the stairs if you’re traveling with elderly loved ones.

The house is spotless clean and complete with all the things we need for a homestay including the utensils & kitchen stuffs. The couple hosts are friendly & accommodating. We now find a good place to stay when we come back to Elyu again coz' we really want to return. We also recommend it to our friends who are planning an Elyu get-away..

It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

I thought that the pictures didn’t do the place justice Every thing was ok What I didn’t like was the CCTV camera in the property I thought that was an invasion of privacy an Airbnb should be like staying in you own house Do not have an intermit moment with your partner on the couch while watching TV because you are being recorded

If this property is available for your Baguio trip, look no further and book it! Let me give you 5 good reasons: 1. This house is classy and elegant. Everything in it is top notch, from the body wash and shampoo, to the appliances and furniture, as in. Utensils, plates, pots, pans, towels, sheets, all great quality. 2. The house is surprisingly spacious. We were a group of 12 adults and we spent most of our time together on the ground floor and just retired to our rooms when it was time to sleep. Never did the house feel crowded. Just note that the flights of stairs would be challenging for senior companions to navigate. 3. The location is very safe and secure. 4. This property is much more impressive in person than in the photos. The photographs don't fully capture its beauty. 5. Joana and Arvin are superb hosts! They were incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we inquired about the property until after we checked out. In short, this property exceeded all expectations!

It's our 3rd time to stay in their airbnb & it's still as comfortable as it was before. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Homey, safe, near to major tourist areas, a great place to relax. Thanks for hosting us. We'll definitely be back.
