The vacation home is located directly at the National Park Neusiedler See Fertö Hansag and is therefore unique. A diverse bird and animal world is preserved here. Greylag geese, cranes, storks and silver herons and red deer are part of the seasonal daily routine here.

There are lots of restaurants, cafes, Beauty Centres and dentists within a distance of 600-800m. Vienna is 68km, Lutzmannsburg SPA 32km, Family Park 18km and the Flat Lake 15km. The city tax is 800Ft/day/adult, it must be payed in cash on the spot.

The modern, nicely furnished studio with a separate entrance in the resort area of Fertőrákos provides accommodation for 2 people or for a family with one or two small children. The studio's equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. The studio has a private parking lot. Guests are required to pay a local tourist tax of 450 HUF (1.50 EUR).
