Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

Have a walk through the wine yard, a lot of bike paths are waiting for you, Heuriger (local wine taverns with tasty traditional food) or buy wine from local wine producers. Other attractions-Lake Neusiedl, Family Park (both 30 min. away by car).

The apartment is intended for 4 people and consists of two spacious bedrooms, a combined kitchen/living room, a small entrance area and a bathroom with toilet. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and have their own terrace with side lake view. The distance to the lake is 250 m.

The small guest house is located directly in Weiden am Neusiedler See. The beach is about 1 km away and can be reached by car or bike. Bike rental is nearby. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, SUP (rental for a fee on the beach). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. The airport is about 25 minutes by car. The garden house is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

The boat is included in the nightly price.
