Finally arrived - in paradise. We open our home (lower floor) for our guests. Our spacious house in Oslip City is perfectly located for (bike) excursions to Lake Neusiedl as well as to St. Margarethen (opera festival and family park for all ages), Rust and Mörbisch (lake festival) and Eisenstadt. Oslip is a sleepy place, famous for the Csello mill. Centrally located, Oslip offers an oasis of relaxation as well as action and adventure nearby.

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60 m² and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Premises: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower (1.20 m x 1 m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. Welcome to the beautiful Seewinkel! I am BALU - a tiny house of about 30 m², built from natural materials and lovingly furnished. Sustainability is very important to me, because my electricity comes from the sun and my organic separation toilet saves a lot of water. When it gets cooler, my wood pellet stove creates a special atmosphere. My huge terrace invites you to relax and there is also a lot to discover in the garden.
