Amazing stay, had lots of fun and great area!

Our excellent experience with the Hosts began before we even arrived, and their hospitality was superb throughout our stay. Tryfon was most responsive to any questions we had. Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

It was perfect for us for our short overnight stay and we loved the interior decoration, paintings and the covered courtyard. It was conveniently close to the ferry port and there was free on street parking for our van. The host was very quick to respond to our communications. Thank you! :)

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment has all the necessities. It is in close proximity to a small peaceful quiet area where there are many restaurants. The apartment is quiet, the terrace is ideally exposed to the sun all day, the building is very secure. Host is responsive. Recommended.

Great communication with host, very central location, easy to navigate Athens

This spot is nothing short of Unique! The host was so kind and very responsive. We loved the accessibility to local restaurants and bars. We were able to get and Uber very quickly if we needed. The rooms were great and spacious. The pool was definitely a unique touch. I’d be mindful of the shower situation though, no shower curtain in the claw foot tub and the shower curtain in the downstairs shower didn’t prevent the water from going in the bathroom. Other than the showers the stay was incredible and so fun with a group of friends. I recommend if you want a unique stay in the arts area of Athens

Pj was an amusing owner. Place very lovely and romantic. She is very focused on customer and in apartment dont miss nothing. not so far from center of Athene where you can go with car or train too ( station is 10 minutes walk ). center of Kifisia is nice and we suggest an ice cream to Da Vinci shop. Only difficult thing is if you have a baby with stroller is very hard go truth sidewalks. thank you Pj for our stay. Andrea Veronica and Massimo 😀

Spent 7 days the location was amazing. Had family dinner on rooftop. Definitely recommend staying here. Will be back.

Angie & Stavro's place is fantastic. We stayed for a month in total, and this is such a great place for when. you want to feel close to the center, but not have all the nosie etc. The pool is such a good touch, the fact that it is heated, means you can use it no matter the weather. Everything was as expected, the amenities were perfect, and would 100% stay again. They are both really nice people, and helped us a lot with recomendations and what to do during our stay.

A lovely and very spacious up-scale apartment. Very modern and fully smart- automated. Giacomo was always responsive and helpful, which I very much appreciated. Excellent location, short walk to the shops and restaurants in Glyfada, but also tucked away from the busy streets. Short walk to the beaches, and I loved the walking path near the shores. This apartment is a cut above the rest and deserves its high price.

everything was perfect, and even if it was a bit far from the city centre there is a metro stop near the apartment.

I feel I am in a house not a flat. The balcony was very big and the best place to relax and it was very clean it was excellent day. I highly recommended it and the host was very friendly

If youre thinking about booking this apartment to enjoy Athens then do it. What a fab little place! Its within walking distance of the centre of Athens (just) and there's lots of local shops dotted about near it. It was very clean, and the view on the terrace.. wow. Breathtaking. The apartment had everything you need to enjoy your holidays. There was only a few bits that let it down.. now i know you dont go on holiday to watch tv, but after walking 30,000 steps during the day it would have been nice to be able to sit on the sofa, pop the tv on and relax for half an hour. It wouldn't work. No signal. Also the door handle on the main door falls off, easy fix to pop it back on but still panicked thinking I'd broken it. And a little advice.. please tell us how to use the washing machine in the handbook. That would have been a handy addition to our stay. But overall Maria was a fantastic host and i would definitely recommend staying here. Fantastic location and fab price. 9/10

nice and affordable apartment in the nice kypseli neighborhood of Athens

Anyone reading this shouldn’t hesitate to secure the property. It was a pleasure for my family of three.

This stay offers more than what you pay for. If you're looking for an apartment in a great location that makes it easy to reach any part of the city, and you value comfort, this is the place to book. The apartment provides every amenities you might need, and Daphne’s instructions are always clear. If you have any questions she will respond quickly in a very helpful way.

The stay at Anna's was exactly as described. We were there to access the local Hygeia clinic and this was within a 25 minute walk, for those it is helpful for. The area was peaceful and within walking distance of a couple of supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and coffee shops. There was a small park nearby. The metro was about a 25 minute walk, but bus stops were close. The apartment had everything we needed and some thoughtful basics included, e.g. toiletries and things for cooking like salt and oil. There was a little sheltered outdoor space which was private. Anna's communication was excellent, always replying quickly and she contacted us with information before we arrived. If you want somewhere peaceful and quiet to stay I would recommend.
