Vacation rentals with a patio in Ilion

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed in a great location.

We had a great time in this apartment! Beautifully designed space with an amazing view of Athens. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use! Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with - loved this place! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Everything was perfect, the host was very kind and responsive, the apartment was clean and modern, very recommended.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

I wish I had words to describe Theo, a responsible, professional man, who was guided by the service and help in everything we asked for, a year before we asked for it..!! A big thank you from our hearts for the MAN with capital letters...

The flat is very comfortable and has a nice clean minimalist design. It's in a great neighbourhood with some nice bars, restaurants and bakeries nearby. It's also within walking distance of the Acropolis and convenient for bus routes.

Thank you Alice for helping to make our stay in Athens so wonderful. Your apartment was spotlessly clean and everything was perfect. The apartment is a very spacious, beautifully decorated, well appointed with all the amenities one could ask for. We especially enjoyed making fresh orange juice every morning with the electric orange juicer. The location is very close (5 mins walk) to the train station and Kifisia shops and restaurants. The apartment is quiet and sitting on the balconies looking out onto the back garden is very peaceful. The window shutters are great to allow for a darkened bedroom for a great night's sleep. Beautiful and spacious home. Great location. So much to love about this place. Georgios and Nikolia are wonderful and responsive hosts. Comfy mattresses and pillows. AC in every room. One amenity that really impressed us was the water cooler - this is not what we use to see in Airbnb's, it was really thoughtful and appreciated. It's been my second stay in this beautiful house, will definitely choose to stay here again for our next trips.

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Communication was good (check-in was prompt, though needing to meet could complicate at times) - our case was fine! House was clean, spot on description-wise and offered all necessary amenities! Location is good - nothing special (that’s sth you already know when booking). The only small caveat might be a little bit of a smell (from not seeing much sun).

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

Aleka’s place was incredibly nice. Unfortunately i couldn’t meet her, but her sister and nephew were very welcoming, friendly and even gave us gifts for Easter. The house was clean and had a very nice big porch to relax in the evenings. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed even for long stays. The location was near the church and the metro. The neighborhood had lots of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets offering a variety of how to spend the best of time. Definitely would book again. 10/10 recommend

I can’t say enough about this spectacular apartment, its view, and location! Absolutely breathtaking! It’s right in the heart of everything you’d want to see about Ancient Greece in Athens! Short walking distance to the Acropolis and so much more. I would easily stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

I can't imagine a better place to stay than this apartment in Athens! We will definitely stay again when we are in Athens. It beautifully designed, has all the amenities you need and then some and has the most beautiful balcony with a view of the Acropolis. Plus the host is so kind, helpful and responsive!! We are a family of 4 and it was perfect.

I highly recommend this place to stay in Athens. Very quiet, the area is calm, 5 minutes walk to the metro. Also close to good restaurants and small supermarkets. Eleni is an excellent host, very friendly and she helped us a lot. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a home. We stayed for 10 days and were very pleased. The apartment was perfect! It fully met our expectations (mine and my partner's). We stayed two nights, but the apartment has absolutely everything you need for a long stay. The terrace is even more spacious than in the photos and the views are very beautiful (very pleasant in the evening, after a walk in the sun). Also, there are plenty of good taverns, cafes and bars very close. Kerameikos metro stop is a 5-minute walk and it is direct from the airport. Our host was really friendly and welcoming. As there had been no rental before us, we were able to check in earlier and he thought to turn on the air conditioning 2 hours before our arrival, on a very hot day. These are details that we enjoyed a lot and that made our trip even more enjoyable. We will keep this address for our future trips to Athens. Thank you for everything!

This place was perfect! It was our first time in Athens. We were unsure where to stay, and this was perfect! A quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all the interactions. We walked everywhere we needed to be. The views were amazing of the acropolis! The place looked exactly as expected from the photos. Far enough away for peace and quiet with so many restaurants and markets right at our feet. Alexandra, our host, was extremely responsive. She helped with many recommendations and also arranged for our transportation from the airport and back to the port when we left. We would definitely stay here again! Loved it ♥️
