Dream house with a beautiful social area with a swimming pool, steam sauna, terrace with a beautiful view and a pleasant covered space with a barbecue and toilet. With two living rooms, a 70-inch TV room, a full kitchen with a dining room, a toilet and four comfortable en-suites. The house has a fantastic sea view! Close to four beaches and the Orla Bardot, which leads to Rua das Pedras on foot. Extremely charming and sophisticated house! Accommodates a maximum of eight adults and four children (up to 12 years old).

Beautiful house in the most charming condo in Buzios! With 5 suites, air-conditioning, internet and lots of comfort. The house has a swimming pool and private barbecue, full kitchen and deck overlooking the sea. Closed condominium and insurance The charming Village Búzios condominium is located on Praia dos Ossos. Walk to the beaches; dos Ossos, Azeda, Azedinha, João Fernando and more. Stroll along the Orla Bardot to Rua das Pedras without needing a car. Breakfast is sometimes included in the morning.

Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. It was built in my garden, (of Casa Raízes do Mangue), which makes it possible to help guests with whatever is needed, including good tips on how to best enjoy the city. Everything around here was designed with a lot of love!

Obrigado por considerar o nosso flat para a sua estadia! Estamos localizados na bonita Orla Bardot que e na realidade o prolongamento da Rua das Pedras. Um lugar calmo e pitoresco onde você estara bem proximo a lojas, restaurantes, bares, boates e praias incríveis. Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.
