Vacation rentals with a patio in Ilha do Mel

The stay was incredibly perfect, the host is very attentive and clarified all our doubts, the apartment is perfect and super comfortable and with all the utensils, the location is great too, close to everything, the condominium pool is great, no defects, the stay was wonderful from start to finish. I highly recommend it.

André and Flavia's apartment is right on the beach, so you can go for a walk on the sand or swim in the sea and come back to rest or maybe swim in the condominium pool! It was a great experience and I would definitely come back.

We were very well received by Sônia who showed us the place and gave information about the accommodation. The apartment is very complete and the sea view is wonderful. I consider that you should invest in better quality sheets and need to change the blackouts of the windows that are parched and spoiled. In the rest, it was excellent our lodging. A place far from the triatlhon proof of sesc Caioba, I had not attacked that.

From the booking to the last day of stay everything was very good! The first time we used airbnb and we already had a wonderful experience, they always responded quickly and politely, gave suggestions for places to eat and hang out. The extremely clean and organized environment, it felt like home! We'll be back more often for sure!!

That’s the perfect place for a holiday break! Very close to the beach, the house is cozy, spotless, and has a fully equipped kitchen, along with a lovely barbecue and pool area. Kids, adults, and even our pet had a wonderful time here. Jade, the hostess, was always respectful, kind, and quick to respond whenever I reached out. The place is delicious! The air-conditioning and fans make all the difference, the large, airy balcony with the network also made everything so much more delicious! The location is great and super close to the beach. I think the only thing to keep in mind is that if you go with a small child who sleeps early, the house is next to 1 bar with loud music up to a certain time. The house is in a very quiet place in Pontal, very close to the beach and with beach chairs, a cart and umbrella available. The heated pool was good to enjoy even on not-so-hot days and was always clean. The bed linens and towels were impeccable and he even left towels to use in the pool. It accommodated all the guests very well and had a wonderful barbecue area to gather everyone, protected from rain and wind. It was wonderful! Very flexible and attentive hosts. Thank you!

The apartment is exactly as described. Impeccable, comfortable. New and clean kitchen utensils. We loved the place, a condominium with lots of activities for kids even in rainy weather. Jurema is always very kind. I recommend it and intend to return.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore, haha. We will definitely come back more often.

Excellent property, exactly as described. Impeccable attention from the hostess Nice, responding quickly to all questions and requests for support. The property's location is wonderful, facing the sea!!! In a very quiet region and close to the excitement of Praia de Leste and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium has a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor game structure. I highly recommend it and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
