That’s the perfect place for a holiday break! Very close to the beach, the house is cozy, spotless, and has a fully equipped kitchen, along with a lovely barbecue and pool area. Kids, adults, and even our pet had a wonderful time here. Jade, the hostess, was always respectful, kind, and quick to respond whenever I reached out. I truly recommend this place from the bottom of my heart! Sending good vibes and all our gratitude to Jade and her family!

André and Flavia's apartment is right on the beach, so you can go for a walk on the sand or swim in the sea and come back to rest or maybe swim in the condominium pool! It was a great experience and I would definitely come back.

Excellent location, close to the beach and main avenue of Guaratuba, great place for morning walks, the apartment has a sea view and a good balcony to relax, comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms.

I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos, very comfortable and everything was very well organized. I found everything I needed to feel at home. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood and was perfect for resting, the host Flávia was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to help. We stayed at the property from 06/18 to 06/22, an impeccable apartment, very well maintained, clean and organized, with all the necessary utensils for a good stay, great structure and especially the wonderful view. The owner Marcelo is super attentive and responds promptly when requested, we definitely recommend it and will be back soon....

Apartment with easy access to the beach, nearby markets. A Mrs Mariuza very kind, always available to answer. Excellent sacada overlooking the sea. Top for that barbecue Although it was not missed by the good ventilation that the apartment has and available fans, it would be interesting air conditioning in the other rooms. The complete kitchen, for everything we need to prepare, we do not miss anything.

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! We recommend it.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore, haha. We will definitely come back more often.
