Vacation rentals with beach access in Ilha de Jaguanum

It was our 2nd stay with Kelly, we were happy when we found the accommodation available for the days we needed. Excellent location, clean, organized, self check-in and check-out. Close to beaches, tours, market, restaurants, and so on. We highly recommend it!!

Excellent flat!! Perfect location!! Perfect service!! The only thing I missed was bed linens. This didn't spoil my daily rates, but it's a tip. Other new utensils and working perfectly! Building security is also good. Right on the sand. We'll be back.

Apartment in a very good location. Well-equipped. Livia is a very welcoming and responsive host. Linens were very clean. Strong smell of humidity (inevitable given that we are on an island) especially in the bedroom. However, the smell disappears quickly thanks to the dehumidifier provided for this purpose and good ventilation. We had a great time on the island.

Nota mil for everything! Amazing hosts, real estate a grace and super well located. Safe, organized condominium with a cool structure. The view is magnificent! Full of beautiful beaches and a place to connect with nature. Breathtaking sunrise and for those who enjoy the starry sky is an event. I will return to this paradise!

Eduardo's apartment is wonderful and we felt very comfortable. It is very well located within the condominium although the road is a bit steep as it is on the mountain. A plus is that there are free vans that transport you in and out of the condominium. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for everything Eduardo!!

We don't know Rita personally, but she always responded to my messages quickly, tips and recommendations. We were in contact with her husband, Ricardo, who is very kind and helpful. He was always willing to help and collaborate. The house is cute and clean. The outdoor space is wonderful and has a beautiful landscape. The beach is delightful, the sea is super calm and with very nice kiosks that met our demands. In our case, since we were without a car, the only bad thing is the way to the beach, which has a very steep slope, but since we like to walk and are used to it, we were able to go to the beach every day. The experience was great, I highly recommend the house, and the hosts are wonderful.

We stayed at Alan's house in May and what a pleasant experience. The house offers everything we need. Super organized, clean, in a quiet, peaceful and safe condominium. We walked a lot, several beaches nearby, some more deserted, others with kiosks, but all very quiet, super calm sea, great for those with children. Alan and his wife deserve a special thank you, super attentive, they recommended several good places, met our needs and were super kind in every way. It's truly a trip to be kept in memory and in the heart. May God bless you both. We'll be back any day.

Casa is exactly what was in the pictures, the condo is great, Sandro is extremely friendly and always helpful answering all my questions before and during my stay. And in addition it gave us the indication of Ana Lídia who made delicious food. We spent a very good weekend, I would return there without a doubt.

Great nice hosts. Despite the language barrier, we felt completely at home. Even the magazines in the cottage were in our language. Everything was nicely explained and the pets present were taken away when we arrived. After our approval, they walked freely in the garden ;). As guests, we felt very safe and welcome. Definitely recommended for a (longer) stay in Abraão if you are not too focused to cook for yourself. Rest of the city was close and great walkable.

Marcelo's house is exactly how described, very comfortable for our family (4 people), but still following de Ilha grande style of simple comforts. Air conditioning worked perfectly, little balconies with hammocks in each room and 2 ensuits plus a downstairs bathroom. Nice garden and even bbq available But the best is the location. Close to all restaurants and bars in Abraão but also just a few steps from the nice corner of abraao beach and quiet. Ana Paula was there to welcome us and her husband took us on a private boat trip for a really good price. Definitely recommend. The house was clean and had everything one need in a place like ilha grande. Would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, a pastoral location, with a private dock, easy beach access and a beautiful view. We got the apartment fully equipped and tidy and the sofa that opens into a bed was an amazing bonus! Demetrius was available at all hours of the day- throughout the day he maintained the place, answered any questions, helped and was friendly and welcomed us with a smile!

Laurent’s place is such a nice accommodation to rent! We felt right at home, not at last due to his friendly and responsive way of communicating. As we were five people there were plenty of questions coming up from each side, which Laurent answered in the most serene way possible. Also his helping hand Helen was very supportive during our stay, when we had questions about activities to do on the island or anything regarding the property. Exceptional Experience! We were greeted with an impeccable, clean, smelling, well-equipped apartment with bedding, towels and toiletries with hotel standard. In addition to all of this, Claudia still received us with a stuffed basket and a delicious cake! Very affectionate in every detail!!! Outside all the support that was given, with condominium guidelines, local beaches, salon indication (we stayed for a wedding) and others. If you return to Mangaratiba, I will definitely stay at the apartment again! Indicate with eyes closed. About the condominium: the beach is beautiful, with a tent and good structure, but the sea is very dangerous, not suitable for bathing. Other than that, the structure is very good, offering several leisure options (restaurant, club, game room, etc.). The streets are very steep, which makes it a little difficult to access the places on foot, but the condominium itself has a van service for internal transport.

Very clean place, in great state of use. Very kind and proactive host, answered all the questions very quickly. Very beautiful locale, I think within the condominium there is only one place with the clearest instructions to locate every thing inside, like an administrative point, as it is quite large and there are several towers. But nothing more to declare. The beach inside the condo is tumbo, for those who go with a child, would have to look for other options that have near there. I hope to come back more often.

My stay with Marcos was simply impeccable... top service, top resort, everything from the best staff willing to always help you, I will return a thousand more times and I recommend you also enjoy your days in this true paradise

We stayed a few days, but they were extremely well spent... Everything Marcelo describes about the apartment is equivalent to what we found there. Everything is very clean and sanitized, with all the services informed. The Resort offers you beach, clubs, swimming pools - and the ocean is VERY worthwhile... Bring a diving mask to see the fish!
