Exceptional view of Paris

This is a refurbished apartment, very bright, comfortable and well-equipped, 45 m2, located on the twelfth floor offering a superb view from the balcony (5.5 m2) of Paris and La Défense. La Défense is a 5-minute bus ride from the accommodation (15-minute walk) and Paris is 15 minutes away (5-minute walk + 10-minute train ride). For sports and entertainment lovers, it is also a 30-minute walk to Paris La Défense Arena. This listing is my primary residence, it is very important to me; I love it very much.

Ce logement refait en 2024 est dans un bel immeuble de bon standing. Au calme sur jardin, le studio est pratique et confortable. Propre et fonctionnel il est situé à 5 minutes à pied du métro Pont de Neuilly. La kitchenette est équipée avec frigidaire, micro onde, plaque vitrocéramique. Une salle de douche neuve est dans le studio. Elle donne accès à la douche et un lavabo. Les toilettes sont à l’extérieur, en face du studio, et partagées avec juste un seul autre locataire très propre.

Large, quiet and bright apartment, one bedroom, large sitting room. full of charm and light, double exposure, on the 4th floor with lift. Ideally located in a prestigious district between the Arc de Triomphe and La Défense, 4' from the metro direct to Champs Elysées, Concorde, the Marais, Bastille.) 15' walk from Bois de Boulogne. Many shops and cafés, well-equipped kitchen. Speed Wifi, Netflix access, work space on demand. Ideal for a couple, or for a business stay. Welcome !

Had an absolutely perfect stay at this place. The location is ideal: everything is within walking distance, whether restaurants, shops or places to visit. A real pleasure to be able to do everything without a car! The decor is simply beautiful: every detail is taken care of, the atmosphere is warm and you feel at home from the moment you arrive. It's a place that's cozy, elegant and inspiring. I recommend it without second thought and will come back without hesitation!

I had a great time at Corinne's! The accommodation was as described, very clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The welcome was warm and Corinne was available and attentive throughout the stay.
