First of all, Ms. Fatma is a really nice host. Very friendly, tolerant, friendly, polite lady. She asked if I need anything at every turn She was very helpful. She even offered me pancakes one morning. I was very well accommodated. The house was literally spotless. It was spotless from towels to bed, wardrobe to kitchen utensils. I had no issues with check-ins and outs. Thanks to Ms. Fatma, she was flexible. Kitchen utensils are fine Extremely quiet, calm and peaceful neighborhood. A few minutes walk to the sea. The sea is very nice. It has a spacious and immaculate feel. A few minutes by car from the center of Foça. The grocery store is also a 5-10 minute walk away. It was a great and hassle free stay for me.

It was much better quality and more beautiful than shown in the photo. Very fine details were considered, from toothpaste to 3-4 different shampoos, and it was very fast and effective in communication. It was richer than hotel facilities, the apartment and the environment were also very decent and quiet. It satisfied me, who is very meticulous about accommodation, I recommend it to everyone

Beautifully maintained home in an ideal, serene location with beautiful sea view and easy access to beach. Quiet and comfortable. Manager of the location, Angeliki, was the most attentive, kind, and helpful property manager EVER! With her living on the property, we were able to check in late (22:30) with ease. Our next visit to Chios, we will be staying at this property again, for certain.

We had a very pleasant week in the comfort of home with our 3 children. The house is extremely comfortable, the pool is clean and sufficient. It is far from the crowds of the center, but also close enough to go in a few minutes by car. It is a peaceful place. We recommend it especially for families with children. We would also like to thank our host Mr. Selcuk for his accurate and prompt communication.
