Step back in time as you enter a historic apartment in which original features take center stage. The flat is located at the 3rd floor, reachable through stairs (no elevator) Train station (Pistoia) is just 20 min walking distance through the center. Car parking: In the area of the apartment are available daily payment slot (blue stripes) 2h Free parking overnight available at 3 min walking distance (Viale Matteotti along the antique wall side) Welcome to my cozy flat, located in the heart of Pistoia, perfect to explore the town and enjoy Tuscany! The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Balanced between its history, the beauty of the landscapes and taste of "live well", Pistoia is an authentic town where you can experience the harmony of art, the richness of its territory, the frankness of the people and relax the precious life-giving water. The rate is comprehensive of: - breakfast - towels - bed linen and blankets (duvet etc..) A private library is available in the studio with art and fahion book, food and photography, fiction and non-fiction books. Maps and turist information are at your disposal on the table. Just outside town you'll have the opportunity to reach and admire the most beautiful tuscan amaenities: - the city of Florence (35km), Lucca (46km) e Pisa (67km) - relax and enjoy the biggest spa-town in Italy, Montecatini Terme that offers not only the well-known healing waters but also all the modern relax treatments (17km) or visit and relax in the large and fascinating millennial Grotta Giusti in Monsummano Terme with a beneficial relaxing "steam bath"(15km) - a beautiful Contemporary Art collection hosted in the mysterious Fattoria di Celle, old tuscan villa on Montale's hills (8km). - The town of Collodi with the Parco di Pinocchio famous worldwide for his given birth to the most famous puppet of all time: Pinocchio. Tuscan Nature Views From Casa Gave

The house consists of two apartments within a wing of the Gave manor house in Sorana, a little village in the heart of Svizzera Pesciatina in Tuscany. Far from the crowd of cities, it's the right place where to escape and find relax. Admire the original wood beam ceilings and wooden fixtures while sitting around the indoor fireplace or spend a sunny afternoon out in the garden under the pergola or in the swimming pool surrounded by the olive trees terraces (airbnb.com/h/casagavenaturarelax). The apartment, with separate entrance, is composed as follows: - kitchen-living room with wood burning fireplace complete with all appliances, microwave, kettle and TV; - double bedroom with wardrobe and sofa bed. Removable baby bed available on request; - bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. The property was completely renovated in 2017 respecting the original features, such as ceilings with chestnut beams, local stone walls, chestnut window frames and wrought iron gates. The furniture are made of wood recovered from the original beams. Outside there are a pergola covered by a wisteria where you can relax or eat and a bbq available for lunches and dinners. A ping-pong table and table football are also available. As we live next to the apartment we are available for any need of the guest. The home is in a natural setting with multiple areas for scenic hikes to enjoy. Take a trip to the amazing Lucca or to the Montecarlo vineries, or to the seaside in Versilia, have a spa day at Montecatini Terme, visit the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, and enjoy authentic cuisine at the local restaurants. The Abbacio apartment is part of an old farmhouse that has been restored respecting the original structure and style. Its location is just on the top of the hill, facing the valley. Surronded by vineyards and olive trees, but also attached to the village. From the house you can easily reach by feet wineries, farms and restaurants. Panzano is halfway between Florence and Siena, easily reached with car. By bus there is a good service from and to Florence, not from and to Siena. A very quiet spot!
