Beachfront vacation rentals in Il-Bajja tax-Xama'

From the time of booking, communication with Tina was excellent – fast, helpful and with many useful tips (e.g. restaurant list). When we opened the balcony door, the breathtaking view of Valletta immediately impressed us. The location is ideal: ferries and buses are directly opposite, supermarket, restaurants and bars nearby. From the balcony you have a great view of the promenade of Sliema, and yet it is quiet in the apartment – the bedrooms are at the back. If we travel to Malta again, we would book this apartment again in a heartbeat. Small note: For Malta, you need an adapter for British sockets (type G).

fabians place was clean and tidy, fabian himself was very helpful, he gave clear instructions and directions and was a pleasant and helpful host checking in us regularly would definately recommend his place

A fantastic little apartment a short walk from one of the quietest and prettiest swimming spots you can find around St Julian's. The kitchen is well kitted out and there are lots of basic supplies stocked already, like milk in the fridge and essential stuff for cooking too. Parking out front is easy and only a 5 minute walk to the local grocery store. My partner and I had a lovely stay here, 5 stars.

Alex’s place was amazing! It was just a short walk away from many restaurants and bus stops. The place looks exactly like the pictures and was perfect for our few days in Malta! Alex was a great host was and quick to respond when we had any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The house was so beautiful and was easily walkable to some great restaurant and bars. We were able to easily get to Valletta when we wanted, but it was nice to be able to get away for some peace and quiet. The rooftop was our absolute favourite and had stunning sunsets every night. Thank you so much for having us :)

Spacious and modern apartment, within walking distance to all the things to do and see in Valletta. There are a few steps to navigate as you enter the apartment but well communicated in the listing. Really enjoyed the convenience, we stayed for only a short trip but there was a washer included which is perfect for longer trips. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay in Valletta. Robert was very helpful and had left wine, water, fruit, coffee and a few other essentials for our stay as well as arranging our taxi transfers. His communication was second to none. Extra towels were no problem and he had good recommendations for nearby restaurants. The food in Valletta was one of our highlights. The apartment was in an ideal location for exploring Malta. A car is not required as the main bus station is only a few minutes walk away and we got a bus easily to many places. 2 euro each for a single journey anywhere. We didn’t actually spend much time in the apartment as there is so much exploring to do in Malta but it had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Had a really lovely time at Alison’s place. Beautiful apartment, very clean and spacious with two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. The outdoor pool was clean and very welcome after a hot day out. Fabulous restaurant with pool across the road called Sabi. The bus station is a few minutes walk up the road with buses to almost everywhere on the island. Alison and her husband were really kind and helpful and responsive to our queries. The TV has Sky sports and movies. The only thing lacking were sun beds or loungers around the pool area; there are benches to sit however. Malta is a beautiful island as is Gozo a ferry ride away.

Amazing place to stay, spotlessly clean. The location is great, close to everything, but still felt peaceful and relaxing.

We were so happy with at stay at Gigis place in St Julian! The condo was so spacious for our family of 4 and the views were incredible! We couldn’t have been happier with the location. There was so much to do right out our front door. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect stay for their holiday.

Wonderful apartment in the middle of Sliema. Amazing location that’s in proximity of many activities and resorts. The apartment has modern decoration and included everything needed to enjoy a pleasant stay. Everything was as described and the view alongside the pool just add to the luxury of the apartment’s location. Perfect place to stay, will come again! :)

We had a brilliant stay the apartment was spacious and comfortable and the view and the patio amazing. We very much enjoyed the area and visiting the local restaurants which are very varied and convenient. The beach below the apartment is rocky but with a lovely clear sea for swimming or there is a sandy beach 10 minutes walk. The only improvement would be a shower over the bath in the main bathroom, not a problem for us but if more people were staying? Our only regret we were not staying longer!

Excellent stay in a great property. Really close to bars restaurants and marina, but really nicely quiet and peaceful at the property. Highly recommend.

Staying at Sonnette’s apartment was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The first thing to say is that Sonnette is an amazing host! Communication was clear, detailed, and timely, and Sonnette’s communication style is warm and friendly! She also gave us very useful information about things to do during our stay, how to get about etc and was also super responsive to our questions. As for the apartment, it is spacious and very well appointed, with stunning views across St Paul’s Bay. We found it to be clean and well equipped for our stay, and the addition of air conditioning appreciated during the hot weather! The apartment is well located for travel around the island as it is very near a bus stop, or very easy to hail cabs using one of the apps. Be aware that it is near a main route and is quite busy but we appreciated its accessibility. To sum up, we would have no hesitation to visit again, and this is in no small part down to Sonnette herself.

We spent a wonderful few days at this property. The location was perfect - central and close to all the sights and restaurants whilst still feeling private. The accommodation itself was lovely, the room was modern and clean with everything we needed for our mid week break. The most impressive feature however was the stunning view over the rooftops to the harbour and the three cities, a real wow factor! The housekeeping team also really made our stay special, they were friendly and responsive to every question. What a great find, we’d highly recommend and hope to be back one day !

Fantastic stay. Smooth check in and check out experience. Stylish apartment with great shared areas (including a terrace that always gets the sun). Just be mindful that the walk to the bus stop from the apartment is uphill.

Thank you for another wonderful stay. Hermine and Simon were extremely responsive and made everything easy for check in and check out. The house is wonderful, everything you need to cook and eat in with great spaces at the rear to escape the heat and at the front to sit and watch the world go by. Lots of great restaurants around and a short walk to lovely bakeries, supermarkets and fishmongers. Lino the house manager welcomed us in person and made sure we had everything we needed. See you again.

Amanda was an amazing host, responded to any texts swiftly and clearly. The apartment was in a super location with lovely views as we ate on the terrace and was in close proximity to the sea for a swim.

This place has to be one of my favorite places with sea views in Malta!! This place was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything is within walking distance with lots of options for food and drinks. Would recommend to any couple looking to spend a beautiful time on the water in Malta. Thank you for being great host.
