Gut gelegenes Apartment im 10. Stock des Wikingturms mit eindrucksvollem Panoramablick über den Ostseefjord Schlei. Vom Balkon, dessen Fensterscheiben zur Seite geschoben werden können, blickt man auf die Innenstadt und den Dom, den Stadthafen, die Möweninsel und die Schlei. Einen schönen Ausblick hat man auch vom Wohnraum aus. Bestens geeignet, um von hier aus Schleswig und Umgebung zu erkunden. Parkmöglichkeit in der Parkgarage oder auch auf dem Grundstück des Vermieters (Schwanenwinkel 1).

Auf einer Gesamtgrösse von ca.150qm (EG, OG) befindet sich im EG eine vollausgestatte Küche, kombinierter Ess-/Wohnbereich (TV mit Blue-Ray-Player) mit Kaminofen und Zugang zur 25qm grossen oberen Terrasse. Im UG befindet sich unsere tolle, neue Wikingergrotte mit TV und Electronic-Darts zum urgemütlichem Beisammensein, ein kleines Gäste-WC und einen ebenerdigen Zugang zu unserem grossen, überdachten Freisitz.

Unsere kleine „Kapelle“ befindet sich auf einem ehemaligen Bauernhof zwischen der Schlei und dem Naturpark Hüttener Berge. Friedlich eingebettet zwischen Wiesen, Äckern und Mooren liegt unser unverwechselbares „Mini-Dorf“. Bei uns leben vier Familien mit insgesamt fünf Kindern sowie eine freundliche Hovawart-Hündin, vier Katzen, ein Hahn und zwei Hennen. Alle Zwei- und Vierbeiner laufen auf dem Grundstück frei herum, es gibt bei uns weder Zäune noch Pforten.

Das Selker Noor mit eigener Badestelle ist nur 3,4km entfernt, auch das Wikingerdorf Haitabu als UNESCO Welterbe ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, genauso wie Schloß Gottorf, der Schleswiger Dom und der Hafen. Bis zur Eckernförder Bucht sind es auch nur 20 km!

Here you will find peace and quiet to enjoy, direct access to the harbour for a quick dip in the water or a few hundred metres further on access to the bathing area with a great playground for young and old.
