Just had to take a moment to appreciate the beautiful architecture here—Abhirami has done an amazing job! I’m a huge fan of natural light and open spaces, and this place was honestly a dream. Loved the peaceful vibe and the privacy. It’s a great spot to hang out with family, friends, or just your partner. Since it’s a co-living space, it’s good to be mindful of others around. Also, a special shoutout to the sweetest co-host, Anjana! She was so warm and welcoming, really made us feel at home. Thanks so much, guys. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to relax and take it slow. P.S. – Not a party spot, so if loud music and late nights are your thing, this might not be the right fit.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay. My room was on the first floor with a beautiful balcony view of the beach. The place was clean, peaceful, and felt like home. The family was incredibly welcoming and communicative — they truly treated me like one of their own. Even though I arrived late at night, they waited for me and generously prepared a separate dinner just for me after they had finished theirs. The sit-out area on the front side of the house also offers a relaxing beachfront view. While the bathroom was not attached, it was clean and easily accessible. The warmth and hospitality I experienced here made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and homely beachside stay!

We were welcomed very warmly by Mr. Praveen and his family, they made sure everything was provided for, at the same time respected our privacy. The property is extremely beautiful and serene, and is a great place to work out of and sight see. the highlight for us was definitely the food that aunty prepared, it was to die for! We also got a mini tour of her beautiful garden! our puppy was extremely happy and cared for too. Definitely going back here!

Had a great stay in Calicut! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and offered complete privacy, exactly what I was looking for. Prasand and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Mr and Mrs Subramanian are such down to earth ppl. House well maintained, loved the balcony. Would recommend for family of 2 or single women. Would recommend to have the entrance to room outside the house as owners will have their own privacy. And in future if food is provided will be an added advantage. To reach the place search for SBI executive guest house, from there hardly 1 minute to reach the house. FYI. Rest is peace and all good.

2 female friends and I spent 4 weeks at Das and Kavya’s home. The house is clean and we were made to feel so welcome even though the communal space is shared with the family. The hosts helped us with lots of things such as changing money when we arrived from the UK. We are very grateful and will return!! Thank you :)

A very homely environment. A real home away from own home in its feel, warmth and welcome. Zarina ensured that my every need was taken care of and attended to. She enquired about my arrival time and all my requirements beforehand and everything was done as per my request. Not only Zarina but her children and her mom also were very friendly and made me feel at home. I went for my arengettam and I was able to practice even though I was staying on the first floor. She called a friendly auto driver for me to get to the dance school. A stay that will linger in my memories. Now I know for sure where to stay next time when in Kozhikode.

The property is very beautiful and has a peaceful surroundings. Pronoy is very helpful not with the stay at the property but also for the stay in the city in general. Except for the very narrow leans to get to the property, everything was perfect. Highly recommended.
