Our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed by the outstanding cleanliness of the entire space. It was truly spotless and felt incredibly welcoming. Beyond the immaculate condition, the service was excellent in every way. Our host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Honestly, everything about this Airbnb was simply good – even great! We had a fantastic time and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nara. Thank you for such a superb experience!"**

It just so happened that it rained in Kyoto the night I stayed at Wolean. I opened the window and listened to the sound of rain all night before falling asleep. This is almost the happiest moment of my year ~

Traditional tatami Japanese style

The Host was very welcoming and wrote a welcome sign at the door. Although it was very far and tiring to walk from JR Station, it was still comforting to see such a warm welcome. After ringing the doorbell, the Host ran all the way to greet us. She was a very polite and friendly woman: she helped us with our luggage, showed us around the house, and gave us a lot of good advice and tips.On the day of departure, the Host was also very welcoming and offered to take us to the JR Station by private car to take the train.Despite some language barriers (we are mainland Chinese, sometimes we don't understand English), we still talked a lot: anime, band...The environment is very beautiful, there are some flowers and plants in the small yard, the air is fresh, and there is a shrine next to it that can calm our hearts.Overall, the experience of this trip is very good and worth trying. The last sentence is to tell us Chinese people: it is very worth trying, trust us, Chinese people do not lie to Chinese people!

A traditional Japanese house where you can stay with your dog (limited to one group per day) A luxurious vacation in a traditional Japanese house Hirobiro Dog Run

We had a pleasant stay, feeling the sincerity of the owner, Tadahiko, and his wife everywhere. I was given a valuable opportunity to stay in a mansion that has been carefully preserved for generations, so I wanted to make the most of it. There are many retro parts because it is an old house.Recommended for those who want to enjoy the old-fashioned things in Japan! I wanted to cook, so I brought some rice and cooked it in the rice cooker. It was very helpful that they prepared salad oil and soy sauce. They also provided a range, toaster, kettle, and more. There is a Super Lucky next door, and it's easy to get ingredients. It was about a 5-minute walk from Kano City Station, and it had good access to Hirakata, Kyobashi, Umeda, Uji, and Kyoto City. Thanks to the old house, I was able to reunite with many important people. I missed the cherry blossom season, but the wisteria trellis at Uji Heiken was very beautiful in late April. We'd love to stay again next time. I think it would be nice to have a washing machine at that time. Thank you so much for the opportunity to make memories.

Chieri was welcoming and the perfect host. Together with her mother Kauri-san and beautiful WabiSuke, they made us feel at home and gave us a little experience of living within a Japanese Community which is what we were seeking. From inviting us to a local Sushi restaurant to allowing us to share her Tea Ceremony class, Chieri has made our short stay truly memorable.

I had such a wonderful time at this beautiful , clean, architecturally sophisticated modern home. I experienced a generous young couple , smart and intelligent businesslady Maya and her wonderful partner Hide made me feel like being at a home away from home. The quiet location is well connected , 5 minutes from the station and perfect to explore Nara and Kyoto being only 40 minutes away .The house has all the amenities you could dream of , a very nice touch is the free organic tea , mineral water and a luxury bonus is the filtered shower keeping you clean and fresh , super valueable in a hot japanese summer .Being worldtravelers themselves representing the best of a young japanese generation who is openminded it was great fun and fascinating to talk and on many occasions i was impressed with their knowledge and insights of traditional and modern Japan .Thankyou so much for your wonderful hospitality you are the ( secret ) Airbnb superstars one can only dream of . Love you guys !
